变电站监控视频质量诊断系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 变电站作为电网的枢纽,在电力系统中发挥着重要的作用。随着电网调度自动化程度的提高,视频监控技术在变电站系统中得到了广泛的应用。它实现了电网监控与调度的可视化,提高了变电站运行和管理的可靠性。随着监控规模的不断扩大,视频监控系统面临的管理和维护压力与日俱增,如何保证监控视频的质量成为大家越来越关注的问题。目前监控系统具备视频信息存储、视频网络连通性检测和视频丢失检测等能力,但尚不具备视频质量诊断的功能;视频监控厂家异构性特点明显,缺乏统一的视频接入接口;此外,对视频质量诊断的指标很多,且计算方法各不相同,未形成完善的指标体系。因此需要开发一套完备的变电站监控视频质量诊断系统,提供多厂家监控平台的视频质量诊断能力,以提高变电站监控系统整体运行质量。针对当前变电站监控系统中存在的问题,本文先构建了诊断系统的视频资源模型,设计了监控平台中各厂商设备的视频内容统一获取接口,实现多格式多厂家视频资源的适配,完成视频资源的采集;然后梳理了适用于变电站监控中的视频质量诊断指标,构建了多层次、多角度的监控视频质量诊断指标体系,并设计每个指标的计算方法;最后,给出了基于层次分析法的视频质量综合评价方法。在以上研究的基础上,本文进行了变电站监控视频质量诊断系统的设计与实现。系统采用分层结构设计,从下至上依次为采集层、应用层和表示层。其中,采集层负责将不同监控平台设备的监控视频数据通过接口适配接入系统;应用层负责实现系统的管理功能,包括资源管理和应用功能等;表示层即系统的客户端界面,采用B/S架构实现。对系统进行需求分析和概要设计后,按照软件开发流程完成了变电站监控视频质量诊断系统各管理功能模块的详细设计与实现,并对系统进行了部署及测试。测试结果表明,系统能够提供多厂家视频监控系统的接入,并且具备监控视频质量智能化诊断与自动检查的能力。

【Abstract】 As the hub of power grid,substation plays an important role in power system.Video monitoring technology has been widely used in substation system.It realizes the visualization of power grid monitoring and dispatching and greatly improves the reliability of substation operation and maintenance.With the continuous expansion of the monitoring scale,the video surveillance system is under increasing pressure of management and maintenance.How to ensure the quality of the surveillance video has become an issue that everyone is paying increasing attention to.At present the monitoring system has the ability of video information storage,video network connectivity detection and video loss detection,but does not have the video quality diagnostic capabilities;there are obvious heterogeneity features of video surveillance manufacturers,and lack of a unified video access interface;In addition,there are various indexes of the video quality diagnosis,and the calculation methods are different,but not forming a complete index system.Based on this situation,it is necessary to develop a complete set of substation monitoring video quality diagnosis system to provide multi-vendor monitoring platform video quality diagnosis capabilities,and improve the substation monitoring system overall operation quality.Aiming at the problems existing in substation monitoring system,this paper first builds a video resource model in the diagnosis system,designs a unified video content acquisition interface for each manufacturer’s equipment in the monitoring platform,realizes the adaptation of multi-format and multi-vendor video resources,completes the video resources collection;and then combing the video quality diagnostic indexes suitable for substation monitoring to build a multi-level and multi-angle monitoring video quality diagnosis index system,and achieve the calculation of each index;finally,design a video quality evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of the above research,this article carries on the design and the realization of substation monitoring video quality diagnosis system.The system uses hierarchical structure design,from bottom to top are the acquisition layer,application layer and presentation layer.Among then,the acquisition layer is responsible for the monitoring video data of different monitoring platform devices access to system through the interface adaptation management;application layer is responsible for the realization of the system management functions,including resource management,application functions and system management;presentation layer is the interface of system’s client,it uses B/S architecture.After analyzing and summarizing the requirements of the system,the detailed design and implementation of each management function module of the video quality monitoring system of substation monitoring and control was completed according to the software development process.The system was deployed and tested.The test results show that the system can provide multi-vendor video surveillance system access,as well as capabilities of monitor video quality intelligent diagnosis and automatic inspection.
