长沙某公共建筑空调系统能耗模拟分析及节能优化

【摘要】 建筑节能越来越受重视的今天,建筑能耗的问题也受到了越来越多学者的关注和研究,而暖通空调(heating,ventilation and air conditioning,简称 HVAC)系统能耗在整个建筑能耗中的占比为60%以上,且其在日常生活中起着不可替代的作用。所有建筑中,大型公共建筑的能耗问题更不容忽视,数据显示,建筑面积不到5%的大型公共建筑能达到所有建筑能耗的25%。因此,我们必须采取有效措施,提高暖通空调系统的能效,实现暖通空调领域的节能,这对整个建筑节能领域具有很重要的现实意义。本文通过阅读大量相关的文献并进行分析,应用DeST能耗模拟软件对位于长沙的心星国际大厦进行能耗模拟分析。通过对建筑模型添加空调系统、进行系统方案分析、水系统分析、空气处理室分析、能耗及经济性分析,最终选择一个既满足舒适性需求又节能的系统方案,并得出了一系列的结论,并在此基础上进行进一步优化,包括选择合适的窗墙比、外窗玻璃,以及增加热回收系统等,尽量使其能耗降到最低。本论文第一章主要介绍了课题的研究背景以及国内外对于建筑节能方面研究的现状;第二章对DeST能耗模拟软件进行简单介绍,并对心星国际大厦的负荷进行模拟计算,为之后的能耗模拟提供原始设计数据;第三章给出了三种不同的空调方案,并分别进行了系统方案分析,得到同一个房间设置不同方案的满意度结果:第四章进行了冷热源方案的选择与确定,并对水系统进行模拟,得到水系统的能耗情况,在此基础上进行经济性分析,最终确定方案二是最节能的方案;第五章从围护结构和空调系统两个方面对方案二进行进一步的优化设计,使其达到最节能的效果。本论文对长沙地区既有的大型公共建筑进行节能优化分析,具有一定的代表性,对长沙地区比较典型公共建筑的节能改造和运行管理具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Building energy efficiency is more and more important today,the problem of building energy consumption is also more and more attention from scholars and research,and the energy consumption of HVAC system in the whole building energy consumption accounted for more than 60%,and it plays an irreplaceable role in our daily life.In all buildings,the energy consumption of large public buildings can not be ignored,the data show that the construction area of less than 5%of large public buildings can reach 25%of all building energy consumption.Therefore,we must take effective measures to improve the energy efficiency of HVAC systems,to achieve energy saving in the field of HVAC,which has a very important practical significance for the entire building energy saving field.Through a lot of reading the relevant literature and analysis software of energy consumption in Changsha heart star International Building simulation analysis using DeST to simulate energy consumption.By adding the air conditioning system of building model,system analysis,system analysis and analysis of water chamber,air handling,analysis of energy consumption and economy,finally choose a comfortable to meet people system demand and energy saving,and draws a series of conclusions,and on this basis for further optimization,including the selection of the appropriate window than wall,glass,and heat recovery system,to reduce the energy consumption to a minimum.The first chapter of this thesis mainly introduces the research background and the research status of building energy efficiency at home and abroad;In the second chapter,the simulation software of DeST energy consumption is introduced briefly,and the load of the heart star International Building is simulated to provide the original data for energy consumption simulation;In the third chapter,three different air conditioning schemes are given,and the system scheme is analyzed respectively,and get the satisfaction result of different scheme in the same room;The fourth chapter carries on the choice and the determination of the cold and heat source plan,and carries on the simulation to the water system,obtains the water system energy consumption situation,carries on the economic analysis on this foundation,finally determines the plan two is the best plan;The fifth chapter carries on the further optimized design to the plan two from the envelope structure and the air conditioning system two aspects,causes it to achieve the most energy conservation effect.This paper analyzes the energy saving optimization of existing large public buildings in Changsha area,which has a certain representative,and it has certain guiding significance to the energy saving transformation and operation management of typical public buildings in Changsha area.
