【摘要】 随着社会的进步和经济的发展,社会对人才的要求越来越高,具有较强的自主管理能力的人才在以后的工作中会受到很大的欢迎,我国现行的教育虽然推崇的是素质教育,但是高中学生迫于升学的压力,基本还是应试教育,在学习和生活中,大多数还是受老师和家长安排和影响加大,没有养成自主管理的能力,自主管理有助于培养学生的创新性、主体性;有助于学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;有助于培养学生自主、独立地学习和生活习惯,并在交往中与他人建立良好的人际关系。提高学生的自主管理能力势在必行。本文在充分阅读国内外大量关于自主管理能力参考文献的基础上,通过对核心概念的界定,详细说明了本论文研究中关键定义,包含普通高中生、自主管理和自主管理能力。通过问卷调查,了解了内蒙古扎兰屯市X中学在学生自主管理方面存在的问题和原因,存在的主要问题是普通高中学生自主管理能力的培育缺乏良好的外界环境、普通高中学生自身对自主能力的追求意识薄弱、普通高中学生自主能力培养缺乏参与的环境、普通高中学生自主能力的培养缺乏正确的指导,存在问题的主要原因影响普通高中学生自主管理能力培育的外部原因和内部原因,从而提出了普通高中生自主管理能力提升的策略,主要包括两方面,一方面是外部环境建设,另一方面是内部激励。希望通过本论文的研究,能够有效的提升内蒙古扎兰屯市X中学的自主管理能力,为其他同类型学校提供一定借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With social progress and economic development,social demand for talents is more and more high,the person who has strong ability of independent management talent in the later work will be welcomed,our country current education while promoting the quality-oriented education,studies under the pressure,but high school students basic or exam-oriented education,in study and life,the most affected by teachers and parents arrangements and more,not to develop the ability of self-management,independent management helps to cultivate the students’ creativity and subjectivity;Help students to set up the correct world outlook,outlook on life and values;It helps to cultivate students’ independent and independent study and living habits,and build good interpersonal relationships with others in their interactions.It is imperative to improve students’ autonomous management ability.At home and abroad based on the fully read a lot about independent management ability on the basis of reference,based on the definition of core concepts,key definitions,detailed in the research of this thesis includes ordinary high school students,independent management and independent management ability.Through questionnaire survey,understand the Inner Mongolia in zhalantun X middle school students’ management problems and reasons,and probes into the problems and causes in detail,The main problems is the ordinary high school students lack of good external environment in the cultivation of independent management ability,the ordinary high school students’ consciousness of their own pursuit of independent ability is weak,lack of ordinary high school students’ ability to participate in the environment,the cultivation of the students’ ability of average high school lack the correct guidance,the main reason for the problems existed in ordinary high school students’ ability cultivation management of external cause and internal cause and put forward the strategy of the ordinary high school students independent management ability to ascend,mainly includes two aspects,on the one hand is the external environment construction,on the other hand is the internal motivation.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it will be able to effectively improve the self-management ability of X middle school in zhalantun city,Inner Mongolia,and provide some references for other similar schools.更多还原
