单/双组份水性环氧防腐涂料的制备工艺探究及性能评价

【摘要】 本文以环氧树脂与聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚(PEGDGE)为原料,选取乙二醇丙醚作为助剂,合成出一种新型水性环氧树脂分散剂。以此分散剂与环氧树脂E-20和适量助溶剂乙二醇丙醚混合,通过相反转乳化法制备出水性环氧树脂乳液,乳液的固含量为50%。之后通过Mannich反应以腰果酚、苯酚、多聚甲醛与二乙烯三胺(DETA)为原料,制备出水性环氧固化剂。此外,实验中还将环氧树脂和非离子型表面活性剂在一定温度下与丙烯酸反应合成出改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂,再利用相反转乳化法制备出了光固化水性环氧乳液。对反应原料种类、反应条件、以及反应工艺进行了优化研究,并对不同条件下得到的双组份乳液与固化剂进行了综合性能评价。着重考察了不同反应原料与反应工艺对乳液粒径、清漆膜机械性能和耐盐雾性能的影响。最终实验结果为:混合环氧与聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚物质的量的比例为1:3、选取乙二醇丙醚作为助剂制备出的分散剂乳化效果最好;在分散剂含量8%条件下通过相反转法制备出粒径小于400nm的乳液。以混合15%摩尔分数腰果酚的苯酚、多聚甲醛与二乙烯三胺为原料,通过一步法制备出目标固化剂,与乳液混合使用涂膜后防腐蚀性能与机械性能优良。单组份乳液着重考察环氧树脂的种类以及光引发剂的种类对乳液粒径、清漆膜电化学防腐性能和耐盐雾性能的影响。结果表明:选取环氧树脂E-20,光引发剂IRGACURE 651,酯化反应温度为105℃,反应时间3 h,乳化温度为25~30℃,搅拌速度为800r/min时,制得的约250nm粒径的乳液稳定性和漆膜性能(包括漆膜的力学性能、电化学防腐性能和耐盐雾性能)最佳。

【Abstract】 A new kind of waterborne epoxy resin dispersant is synthesized with mixed epoxy and poly(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether)(PEGDGE)as raw materials and ethylene glycol propyl ether as co-solvent and a waterborne epoxy resin emulsion is prepared through phase inversion technique with a mixture of the dispersant as emulsifier,the medium molecular weight solid epoxy resin E-20 and a moderate amount of co-solvent ethylene glycol propyl ether.The emulsion has a solid content of 50%.The waterborne epoxy curing agent is prepared through Mannich reaction with cardanol,phenol,paraformaldehyde and diethylenetriamine(DETA)as raw materials.In addition,the modified epoxy acrylate resin is prepared under a certain temperature with nonionic surfactant,epoxy resin E-20 and acrylic acid.Afterwards,the UV-curable waterborne epoxy emulsion is obtained by phase inversion method.The choices of raw materials,reaction conditions and reaction processes are optimized.The comprehensive performance analysis of double component emulsions and curing agents,especially the particle size of emulsions as well as the mechanical property and salt-spray corrosion of paint films under different conditions(such as different reaction materials and reaction processes)are carried out.The final result is:the ratio of mixed epoxy and poly(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether)is 1:3,while the dispersant with the best emulsifying effect is prepared by using ethylene glycol propyl ether as co-solvent;the emulsion is prepared as the content of dispersant at 8%through phase inversion technique,which has a good particle size as less than 400 nm.The curing agent is prepared through one step method with paraformaldehyde,diethylenetriamine and phenol with 15% mol fraction cardanol as raw materials,whose paint films has excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties after mixing with emulsions.The comprehensive performance analysis,especially the particle size of emulsions as well as the electrochemical performance and salt-spray corrosion of paint films under different conditions(such as the types of epoxy resin and photoinitiator)are carried out on one component emulsion.Results show that the stability of the emulsion with the particle size as about 250 nm and the film performance(including paint film mechanical properties,electrochemical properties and corrosion resistance)can be the best with the selection of epoxy resin E-20,lightinitiator IRGACURE 651,esterification reaction temperature 105℃,reaction time 3hours,emulsifying temperature 25~30℃ and stirring speed 800 r/min.
