【摘要】 棚户区更新改造作为我国一项重大的民生工程近年来被大力推行,近年来小城市棚户区更新改造实践暴露了诸多问题,其中一个很重要的问题就是城市公共空间的问题。随着城市化进程的加快,棚户区更新改造对于小城市的品质提升是一次非常难得的机遇,如何让其真正成为小城市品质提升的契机,在当前棚户区更新大力推行的背景下,是一个非常重要而且迫切的命题。目前关于小城市棚户区更新改造的理论体系相当不完善,尤其缺乏更新改造过程中的公共空间活力营造理论,在这样的背景下,本文以城市公共空间活力营造作为切入点,对小城市棚户区更新改造展开研究,并对小城市棚户区更新改造中的街巷空间、广场空间和街区绿心三大公共空间提出了针对性的设计策略。本文的主体内容氛围五个章节,内容概括如下:第一章主要论述了本文的研究背景、目的和意义,通过文献收集的研究方法,综述了国内外的城市更新和城市公共空间的相关学术成果和实践发展,阐述了本文研究的主要对象、内容、研究方法以及框架。第二章通过资料查阅和归纳总结法,对小城市棚户区更新改造问题进行深入研究,对其概念及棚户区形成的原因进行了论述,进一步提炼总结了国内外城市更新的相关理论,然后结合实际调研提出了几种棚户区更新改造的方式。第三章是本文的重要章节,对前面提出的城市公共空间问题进行了深入探讨,通过资料查阅和归纳总结,在理论的基础之上得出城市公共空间的特性、内涵以及公共空间活力的构成要素。第四章是本文的核心章节,在前面几章理论研究的基础之上,结合大量国内外的实践案例,从交通组织、空间尺度、场所感营造、商业注入及个性化等方面对棚户区更新改造中的街巷空间、广场空间以及街区绿心三大城市公共空间提出具体的设计策略。第五章是本文的重要章节,通过笔者参与的棚户区更新改造的实际项目,对前面提出的小城市棚户区的更新改造方式及棚户区中的公共空间活力营造方法进行了实证,体现设计策略的意义与价值。通过研究小城市棚户区更新改造方法及其中的城市公共空间活力营造的策略,引导未来小城市棚户区更新改造朝着正确的理性的发展方向,对小城市棚户区更新改造中的公共空间活力营造具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a major livelihood project,the renovation of shantytowns was vigorously put into practice recently.However,so many problems were exposed in the practice that one of them was public space in city.With the acceleration of urbanization in China,it’s a golden chance for the improvement of urban quality in the reconstruction of shantytowns.With the background of transformation of shanty towns being vigorously put into practice,it was a very important and urgent propositon on how to make it a truly turning point in the enhancement of urban quality.At present,it is quite imperfect in the theoretical system of renovation of shantytowns,especially for the lack of theory on vitality creation in public space which was taken as a starting point for the research on renovation of shantytowns in this context.Besides,we devised strategy on the design of three kind of public space including street space,square space and block green heart in the process of renovation of shantytowns.There are five chapters in the context as follows.Chapter I.We discussed the research background,object and significance of the context in this chapter and summarized the academic achievement and practical development on renovation of shantytowns in literature and introduced our main subject in the research,main content,method and frame of the context.ChapterⅡ.In this chapter an in-depth study on renovation of shantytowns was finished that we discussed the conception and the reason of formation of shantytowns through looking up related materials.Above all,we summarized theories on renovation of shantytowns at home and broad.Finally,combined with our practical research,we proposed several ways of renovation of shantytowns.ChapterⅢ.In this chapter we have discussed the urban public space problem stated above.Then we summarized the specialty and meaning of urban public space and constitute elements of vitality in public space by looking up related materials.ChapterⅣ.Based on theoretical research above,design strategy on street space,square space and block green heart in the process of renovation of shantytowns was devised considering from transportation,size of space,creation of atmosphere in special place,business introduction and individuation when combined with a large number of domestic and foreign case.Chapter Ⅴ.In this chapter,it has been testified practically on the way of reconstruction of shantytowns and the way of validity creation in public space by programs that the author took part in,and it realized the meaning and value of strategy designed.The most important part was that smally city could be guided to a right development direction in future through the strategy we devised.Through the study of small town shantytowns renovation method and the city public space vitality to create the strategy,To guide the future of small cities shantytowns in the correct direction of the rational development of small towns shantytowns in the renovation of the public space to create a certain significance.更多还原
