【摘要】 2016年1月1日开始,我国18个省市地区全面启用了新版商业车险条款费率,标志着商业车险改革试点全面落地实施。随着中国车辆保险费率市场化改革的不断推进,车辆保险自主定价成为必然的趋势,而UBI(Usage-based auto insurance)作为一种大数据时代车险定价的模式和依据,其关注度也越来越高。本文主要研究了 UBI项目与现行车险的结合实施方案,主要内容包括:机动车保险市场概况分析、UBI车险产品的发展史、UBI的车险产品定价如何与现行的车险产品定价进行衔接、结合英大泰和财产保险股份有限公司的实际情况提出了车险UBI产品的实现思路和实施方案、UBI项目实施后带来的价值等。基于UBI车险的核心在于定价模型,本文采用了《车联网环境下基于UBI的车险费率厘定模式与方法研究》文中所描述的定价模型-熵权层次分析集成赋权法,提出了英大财险公司UBI项目实施方案应采取由点到面、循序改进的方法。本文研究的创新点在于充分结合了现行的商业车险费率市场化改革的思路和英大财险公司的实际情况提出了车险UBI产品的实现思路和实施方案,项目实施后不需要对现有的核心业务系统进行大规模的改动,对UBI项目实施具有一定的参考价值。同时,文章还提出了项目的实施能够给保险公司带来极大的商业价值,能给社会带来较高的社会价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 From January 1st,2016,18 provinces and municipalities have fully enabled the new commercial auto insurance terms rate,marking the commercial auto insurance reform pilot full implementation.UBI(Usage-based auto insurance)as a large data auto insurance pricing model,it gets more and more attention.This paper studies the development history of UBI,General situation analysis of motor vehicle insurance market and related research on insurance UBI products and driver behavior.At the same time put forward the concrete implementation scheme with insurance UBI products,and bring the project after the implementation of the UBI value.The thesis adapted the pricing model-ShangQuan-Modle method of"Research on the Automobile Insurance Ratemaking Mode and Method Based on UBI in the Internet of Vehicles".According to the commercial auto insurance rate reform policy and the actual situation,the thesis provides the solution and implementation plan for UBI project of YDPIC.With the continuous progress of China’s vehicle insurance rate market reform,vehicle insurance independent pricing has become an inevitable trend.After implementation of the project There is no big impact on existing core business.The proposed solution has reference value for UBI implementation.更多还原
