基于某工程CFG桩复合地基的沉降计算及有限元分析

【摘要】 随着技术的发展及复合地基的广泛应用,CFG桩复合地基在理论研究方面和工程实践方面均取得了较大的进展。复合地基沉降变形在理论方面的研究,一定程度上,仍落后于工程实践。目前应用广泛的复合地基沉降的几种计算方法,为工程实践提供了一定的理论基础,但是这些沉降计算方法和理论公式均存在不同的问题和难点。因此,研究CFG桩复合地基的沉降变形具有重要的现实意义。本文以唐山市某工程的CFG桩复合地基为研究对象,利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了CFG桩复合地基的沉降计算模型,分析了参数改变对CFG桩复合地基沉降的影响。本文主要研究内容如下:应用有限元软件ANSYS建立了CFG桩复合地基沉降计算的数值模型,并对其进行了模拟运算,将计算结果与实际测量结果进行对比,验证了模型的准确性;根据建立的有限元模型,研究了参数改变:桩长、桩径、桩距、桩体强度,对CFG桩复合地基沉降以及CFG桩桩身应力的影响。采用数值模拟的方法,针对本工程的CFG桩复合地基设计方案做出改变,对不同的设计方案进行比较,对比得到的结论,得出基于实际工程的优化建议。
【Abstract】 With the development of technology and the wide application of composite foundation,CFG pile composite foundation has made great progress in both theoretical research and engineering practice.The research on the theory of settlement and deformation of composite foundation,to a certain extent,still lags behind the engineering practice.At present,several calculation methods for the settlement of composite foundation are widely used in the engineering practice,which provide a theoretical basis for engineering practice.However,there are some problems and difficulties in the settlement calculation method and theoretical formula.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the settlement of CFG pile composite foundation.The CFG pile composite foundation was studied as the research object in this paper in Tangshan City,the settlement calculation model of CFG pile composite foundation was established by using ANSYS.It is analyzed the influence of parameter change on CFG pile composite foundation settlement.The main contents have been done in this paper as follows:The numerical model for the settlement calculation of CFG pile composite foundation was established by using ANSYS,and carried on the simulation computation,the calculation results were compared with the actual measurement results to be sure the accuracy of the model;According to the model established by finite element,it is analyzed that the effects of the settlement and pile stress on the changes by pile length,pile diameter,pile spacing and pile strength of CFG pile composite foundation.Using the method of numerical simulation,it analyzed that the changes to the design scheme in the project of CFG pile composite foundation,compared with different design and conclusions,reach the optimization suggestions based on the practical engineering.
