【摘要】 在全球经济多元化发展的背景下,金融机构面临的竞争日益激烈,金融控股公司作为一种新型组织模式,能够发挥多元金融协同优势,提升金融机构竞争力,在西方国家已经成为一种国际趋势。我国从上世纪90年代开始,一直实行“分业经营、分业监管”的经营和监管模式。本世纪以来,面对国内互联网金融的挑战,金融机构综合经营势在必行,金融控股公司模式迎来新的发展契机。经营发展战略在金融控股公司中具有关键性的作用,战略直接影响旗下子公司的发展方向和协同整合程度。“中国平安”率先提出“综合金融战略”,在搭建个人金融一站式服务平台的基础上,不断进行创新突破,已处于我国金融控股公司多元金融业务发展的最前沿。对“中国平安”的综合金融战略进行案例分析,对于我国金融控股公司的发展有极其重要的借鉴意义。本文主要采用案例分析和比较分析方法对“中国平安”的综合金融战略展开分析研究,以期不断完善其发展并对其他金融控股公司有所启示。首先对金融控股公司和综合金融战略的涵义进行界定,介绍金融控股公司和综合金融战略的特点,阐述综合金融战略在金融控股公司的重要作用。其次在此基础上,着重介绍“中国平安”的综合金融战略布局过程,对综合金融战略的主要内容和实践现状进行梳理。然后通过对“中国平安”的成效分析,总结其综合金融战略实施后所具有的行业优势,找出其发展面临的阻碍,针对投资业务整体风险上升、创新趋于同质化和迁徙转化缓慢等问题提出优化建议。最后对“中国平安”综合金融战略的案例进行归纳,总结对其他金融控股公司在经营战略方面启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the global economy,the diversified development of the background,financial institutions are facing increasingly fierce competition,the financial holding company as a new organizational model,can play multiple financial synergies,enhance the competitiveness of financial institutions in western countries has become an international trend.Since the beginning of 90 s of last century,our country has been implementing the mode of operation and supervision of "separate operation and separate supervision".Since the beginning of this century,in the face of the challenges of the domestic Internet banking,financial institutions are imperative,financial holding company model usher in new opportunities for development.The strategy of business development plays a key role in the financial holding company,and the strategy has a direct impact on the direction of development and the degree of synergy."Chinese Ping" first proposed "comprehensive financial strategy",based on personal finance to build a one-stop service platform,continuous innovation and breakthrough,has been at the forefront of China’s financial holding company diversified financial business development.The analysis of the case of China Ping An’s comprehensive financial strategy is of great significance for the development of China’s financial holding companies.This article mainly uses the case analysis and comparative analysis method to analyze and study the comprehensive financial strategy of "ping an" in China,in order to improve its development and to other financial holding companies.Firstly,it defines the meaning of the financial holding company and the comprehensive financial strategy,introduces the characteristics of the financial holding company and the comprehensive financial strategy,and expounds the important function of the comprehensive financial strategy in the financial holding company.Secondly,on the basis of this,this paper focuses on the process of the comprehensive financial strategy layout of Ping An in China.Then through the analysis of "China peace" results,summed up with its comprehensive financial industry after the implementation of the advantages,find out the development obstacles,according to the overall risk investment business,increase innovation tends to homogenization and migration problems such as the slow transformation of some optimization suggestions.Finally,the summary of the case of China Ping an integrated financial strategy for the development of other financial holding companies have a greater inspiration.更多还原
