【摘要】 高等院校承担着促进人才发展,提高人才培养质量的重要任务。为更好地促进学生全面和个性化发展,高校开始重视对学生的学业指导工作,这也是高校在人才培养过程中贯彻“以学生为中心”教育理念的具体体现。大学新生初入校园,在学习和生活诸多方面存在不适情况。对大学新生进行及时有效的学业指导既有助于学生为四年的大学学业生涯打下良好基础,也有助于高校培养全面且个性化发展的人才,提高人才培养质量。我国高校学业指导工作起步较晚,制度体系尚未完善,且尚未有专门针对新生群体的学业指导研究,因此进行高校新生学业指导研究具有较大的理论意义和实践价值。本文在“以学生为中心”视角下探究大学新生学业指导的内涵,从指导内容、指导人员、指导方式等方面对国内高校新生学业指导工作的现状进行梳理和阐述,并提出其存在的问题。在阅读大量相关文献的基础上设计而得《大学新生学业指导需求调查问卷》,从适应性、现状和期待三个维度剖析大学新生对学业指导的真正诉求,从调查结果整合分析得出新生在教育环境适应、教育资源利用、学业成长规划、专业入门以及学业困难课程五个方面存在较强指导需求。最后本文从新生学业指导需求出发,结合我国学业指导工作现状,从学业指导理念、学业指导内容形式、学业指导组织体系三个方面对新生学业指导工作提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Colleges bear the important task of promoting the development of talents and improving the quality of personnel training.In order to promote the comprehensive and personalized development of students,colleges began to pay attention to the students’ academic guidance work.This is also the concrete embodiment of the implementation of the "student-centered" educational philosophy in the process of personnel training.College freshmen first entered the university,in the study and life there are many incompatible situation.The timely and effective academic guidance for college freshmen will help students to lay a good foundation for their four years of academic career,help the college to cultivate comprehensive and individuality talent,improve the quality of personnel training.Chinese college academic guidance work started late,the system is not yet perfect,and there is no specific guidance for the freshmen of academic guidance,so the study of college freshmen academic guidance research has great theoretical significance and practical value.This article explores the connotation of college freshmen ’s academic guidance from the learner-centered approach,analyzes and expounds of freshmen’ s academic guidance in domestic colleges from the aspects of the guidance content,the instructor and the guidance way,and puts forward the existing problems.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literatures,the author designs the questionnaire of the requirements of college freshmen ’s academic guidance,and tries to analyze the real needs of college freshmen from the three dimensions of adaptability,current situation and expectation.From the analysis of the survey results,there are strong guiding needs in five areas,such as education environment adaptation,educational resource utilization,academic growth planning,professional entry and academic difficulties courses.Finally,through the needs survey to integrate the academic guidance needs of freshmen,combined with the current status of domestic college freshmen guidance,puts forward suggestion on the college freshmen ’s academic guidance from three aspects: academic guidance idea,academic instruction content form and academic guidance organization and management system.更多还原
