电子商务背景下贵阳市快递末端网点建设模式研究

【摘要】 近年来电子商务繁荣促进了相关产业、相关行业发展,特别是快递业。快递业作为电子商务的下游产业甚至可以说是电子商务的支撑与电子商务行业息息相关,他们之间的关系既相互促进、又相互制约。在电子商务环境下,如何建设快递末端网点,从而保障快递包裹的快捷、方便、低成本收揽与投递,是一个重要而深远的研究课题。论文对电子商务与快递的关系做了深入探讨,并基于电子商务大背景下,深入贵阳市快递企业和快递行业调研与访谈,获取数据并进行分析与预测,找到贵阳市快递行业未能与电子商务同步协调发展原因。并发现快递末端配送环节仍是电子商务与快递未能实现高效衔接的关键。因此,论文选取快递末端网点建设角度为切入点,尽可能为解决快递最后一公里配送难题、提高快递运行效率提供一定方法。结合贵阳市快递末端网点建设现状、各快递企业近年针对快递末端网点战略布局以及预测的未来电子商务对快递末端网点需求,构建电子商务背景下贵阳市快递末端网点建设模式选择方法,为快递企业进一步改善快递末端网点建设提供依据。并以贵阳市花溪区为例,使用构建的快递末端网点建设方法进行实证,证明该方法合理性和有效性。最后在论文结尾进行总结,表明对今后的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the prosperity of commerce has driven the development of related industries,especially the development of express industry.As the downstream industry of e-commerce,express industry is closely related to commerce industry and can even be said that the support of e-commerce.These two relevant industries promote each other and restrain each other.In the e-commerce environment,how to construct the delivery terminal network so as to guarantee the quick、convenience and low cost to delivery parcel is an important and far-reaching subject.This paper deeply discusses the relationship between e-commerce and express.Based on the electronic commerce background,conduct in-depth research and interviews with Guiyang city express delivery companies and industry,collect,analysis and predict data to find out the reason of Guiyang express industry’s failure to coordinate with e-commerce.And found that the terminal delivery is still the key link between e-commerce and express failed to achieve efficient convergence.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of express delivery,this paper selects the terminal point construction of express as the starting point to provide a certain method for solve the problem of the last mile distribution.Combined with Guiyang express terminal network construction situation,the express delivery companies network strategy in recent years and e-commerce industry demand for express terminal network,construct the selection method of Guiyang City Express terminal network construction mode under the background of electronic commerce,so as to provide the basis for further improving express terminal network construction.In this paper,the selection method of Guiyang City Express terminal network was used in Huaxi District of Guiyang city as an example to prove the rationality and validity of the method.Finally,the paper makes a summary and gives prospect about the selection method of express terminal network.更多还原
