公路路基路面快速检测技术应用研究

【摘要】 随着新疆生产建设兵团公路迅速发展,截至2015年底,兵团公路网总里程将达到3.41万公里;其中二级及以上公路里程将达到3600公里,占公路总里程的10.6%;等级以上公路里程将达到2.25万公里,占公路总里程的61.8%。根据兵团“十三五”规划要求,兵团“十三五”末,兵团公路里程达到3.6万公里,其中二级以上公路里程达到7000公里。以公路战略通道为重点,推进国省干线公路建设,有效提升国省干线公路等级。到2020年,实现普通国道二级及以上公路里程达到70%以上,基本消除四级路和等外路;省道二级以上公路比重达到60%以上,具备条件的团场全部通二级及以上公路。根据兵团“十三五”规划,传统的路基路面检测方法因其检测速度慢、精度低、损坏路面结构,已经不能适应快速建设和生产规模的需要。基于此,报告针对新疆兵团公路的特点,提出了路基路面快速无损检测的方法,以适应兵团公路快速建设发展的需要。(1)对于压实度的检测,路基传统的检测方法是灌砂法和环刀法,快速无损检测方法是土壤无核湿密度仪(EDG)法;沥青路面压实度传统检测方法是钻芯法,快速无损检测方法采用的是无核密度仪2701-B,并将检测结果进行对比分析。(2)在弯沉检测方面,用传统的贝克曼梁法和快速无损检测车载式落锤弯沉仪FWD法对路基弯沉进行检测,并用1S+残差剔除法对检测数据进行筛选,结果显示贝克曼梁法和FWD法检测结果相关性较高;将1S+残差剔除法用于沥青路面弯沉数据的筛选,贝克曼梁法和FWD法检测结果相关性满足规范要求,推荐1S+残差剔除法用于兵团低等级公路弯沉数据筛选。(3)路面厚度方面,对传统的钻芯法与新型的探地雷达检测方法进行对比分析。(4)在平整度检测方面,在对平整度的检测方法和评价指标分析的基础上,对我国常用的3m直尺传统检测方法和车载式激光平整度仪快速无损检测方法进行了详细的介绍。对传统检测方法和快速无损检测方法进行经济效益对比分析,分析结果显示,快速无损检测方法不仅速度快、检测频率高,而且消耗人力、物力少,更为经济。最后,结合《公路工程质量检验评定标准》(JTG F80/1-2004)和《公路路基路面现场测试规程》(ETG E60-2008)给出了针对兵团公路的路基路面快速无损检测体系。推荐用快速无损检测方法对新疆建设兵团低等级公路路基路面进行检测。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,as of the end of 2015,the total mileage of the Corps road network will reach 31,400 km;of which two or more highway mileage will reach 3,600 km,accounting for 10.6% of the total mileage of the road;Reaching 2.25 million kilometers,accounting for 61.8% of the total mileage of the road.According to Corps "thirteen five" planning requirements,Corps "thirteen five" at the end,Corps highway mileage reached 36,000 km,of which two or more highway mileage reached 7000 km.To highway strategic channel as the focus,to promote the construction of provincial trunk roads,effectively enhance the provincial trunk highway grade.By 2020,to achieve the general national highway two or more highway mileage of 70% or more,the basic elimination of four roads and other external roads;provincial highway more than 60% of the proportion of roads,with the conditions of the whole field by two and Above the road.According to the "13th Five-Year Plan" of the Corps,the traditional roadbed detection method has been unable to adapt to the needs of rapid construction and production scale because of its slow detection speed,low precision and damaged road structure.Based on this,the report puts forward the method of rapid non-destructive testing of roadbed pavement to meet the needs of rapid development and construction of the corps of highway.(1)For the detection of compaction degree,the traditional detection method of roadbed is sand filling method and ring knife method,and fast non-destructive testing method is soil no nuclear wet density meter(EDG)method;Asphalt pavement compaction degree traditional detection method is drilling method,Fast non-destructive testing method is a non-nuclear density meter 2701-B,and the test results for comparative analysis.(2)In the aspect of deflection detection,the BKM method is used to detect the subgrade deflection by the traditional Bakerman beam method and the fast lossless detection vehicle FHD method.The detection data are screened by 1S + residual elimination method.The results show that Beckman The correlation between the beam method and the FWD method is high,and the 1S + residual elimination method is used to screen the deflection data of the asphalt pavement.The correlation between the Beckman method and the FWD method satisfies the specification requirements.It is recommended that the 1S + residual elimination method Research on Deflection Data of Low-grade Highway in.(3)In terms of road surface thickness,the traditional drilling method and the new ground penetrating radar detection method are compared and analyzed.(4)On the basis of the detection of flatness,the traditional method of 3m ruler and the method of rapid non-destructive testing of vehicle-mounted laser flatness meter are introduced in detail on the basis of the detection method and evaluation index of flatness.The results show that the fast non-destructive testing method is not only fast,the detection frequency is high,but also consumes manpower,material resources and is more economical.The results show that the fast and non-destructive testing method is not only fast,Finally,a fast nondestructive testing system for roadbed pavement for Corps highway is given in combination with "Highway Engineering Quality Inspection and Evaluation Standard"(JTG F80/1-2004)and "Highway Subgrade Field Test Procedure"(ETG E60-2008).It is recommended to use the fast non-destructive testing method to detect the roadbed of the low-grade highway of Xinjiang Construction Corps.
