基于物联网的船厂舾装物流管理技术研究

【摘要】 “中国制造2025”提出要加快智能物流管理在制造业生产过程中的应用,对信息进行实时监测。作为企业管理的一部分,行之有效的舾装物流管理是提高船厂管理水平,使企业在日益激烈的船舶市场竞争中保持优势的重要手段,因此本文提出在船厂舾装物流管理中引入物联网技术。相对于传统舾装物流管理,物联网技术应用的最大特点就是改变了传统舾装物流信息的采集方式,减少过程中手工记账和反馈,实现对舾装件的快速识别、定位和追踪,同时契合船厂舾装物流的信息化、实时化、可视化、智能化需求,为提高船厂舾装物流管理效率提供有力的技术支撑。作者以舾装物流为研究对象,在舾装物流管理中应用物联网技术,通过合理可行的顶层设计,实现基于物联网的船厂舾装物流管理,对进一步实施智能船厂有鲜明的指导意义,本文主要研究内容与成果如下:(1)对船厂舾装物流管理流程进行分析,从中提取出舾装采购、舾装制作、舾装仓储以及舾装集配物流管理四个方面,由此对舾装物流管理流程及其存在问题展开分析。(2)结合船厂实际情况,从自动识别技术、定位跟踪技术、信息传输技术三个方面考虑,对物联网技术的选用和应用场景进行分析,并设计基于物联网的舾装物流管理总体方案。(3)从舾装采购、舾装制作、舾装仓储以及舾装集配物流管理四个方面,对基于物联网的船厂舾装物流管理进行方案设计,确定物联网技术的应用点,构建基于物联网的舾装物流管理业务模型,并分析所能实现的功能。(4)构建物联网环境,通过在管子制作物流管理中应用条码技术,将每道工序的反馈数据输出成管理报表,为管理者提供真实、可靠的车间底层信息,以此作为决策的依据,实现基于物联网的管子制作物流管理,验证方案设计的可行性。

【Abstract】 “Made in China 2025” points out that it would enhance the application of intelligent logistics management in manufacturing industry,and realize the real-time monitoring on information.As a part of enterprise management,efficient outfitting logistics management plays an important role enhancing the level of shipyard management,and keeping its superiority in such fierce market competition.So,this paper points out that IoT(Internet of Things)technology should be introduced in shipyard outfitting logistics management.Compared with traditional outfitting logistics management,the superiority of IoT technology is that it has changed the way of information collection,reduced the frequency of manual accounting and feedback;moreover,it has also realized the instant identification,location fixing,and tracing,meet the demand of outfitting logistics informatization,real-time,visualization,and intelligence,so as to offer a strong support for shipyard outfitting logistics management efficiency.The author,taking outfitting logistics as the object,applies IoT in relative management.Through reasonable top-level design,the author has realized the logistics management based on IoT,which is instructive in carrying out intelligent shipyard.The main focus and conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The author analyzes shipyard outfitting logistics management process,thus focuses on four aspects,namely,outfitting procurement,manufacturing,warehousing,as well as collection and distribution logistics management,so as to analyze outfitting logistics management and its existing problems.(2)Based on the current situation of shipyard,the author analyzes the IoT technology selection and application scene from 3 aspects,namely,automatic identification technology,locating and tracking method,and information transmission technology.Meanwhile,the author designs the overall program of outfitting logistics management based on IoT.(3)The author designs the shipyard outfitting logistics management program based on IoT from 4 aspects,namely,automatic identification technology,locating and tracking method,and information transmission technology,so as to ensure the application of IoT,and construct the outfitting logistics management business model based on IoT.Meanwhile,the author also analyzes its functions.(4)The author builds IoT environment.Through applying barcode technology in pipe manufacturing logistics management,the author has made a managerial report about the feedback data of each step,so as to provide real and reliable basic information for managers;realize the pipe manufacturing logistics management based on IoT;and verify the practicability of the reengineering process.
