红色毛癣菌对三种抗真菌外用药敏感性的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨硝酸咪康唑乳膏、盐酸特比萘芬乳膏、盐酸阿莫罗芬乳膏对红色毛癣菌的抗真菌活性,及此三种药的耐药情况。方法:选用红色毛癣菌共16株,包括1株标准菌株和15株临床分离株,采用琼脂扩散法,记录3种不同药物周围的抑菌圈直径,并对标准菌及临床分离菌抑菌圈的直径进行比较。结果:1.3种药物周围都形成抑菌环,且盐酸阿莫罗芬乳膏抑菌圈>盐酸特比萘芬乳膏的抑菌圈>硝酸咪康唑乳膏抑菌圈(P<0.01)。2.3外用药作用下,标准菌株与临床分离株抑菌环无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:1.酸阿莫罗芬乳膏体外抗真菌活性大于盐酸特比萘芬乳膏大于硝酸咪康唑乳膏;2.此三种药物尚未产生耐药,或者耐药性不强。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the in vitro antifungal activity about Miconazole Nitrate Cream,Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream and Amorolfine Hydrochloride Cream and the drug resistance of the Trichophyton rubrum for them.Methods:Choosing sixteen strains of Trichophyton rubrum,including fifteen isolates of pathogenic fungus and one strains of standard strains.Using agar diffusion method to record the diameter of the inhibition zone around the well full of each cream,and compare them with the standard fungus and the isolates of pathogenic from clinical.Results:1.Both of three drug have formed inhibition zone,and the inhibition zone of Amorolfine Hydrochloride Cream is bigger than Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream,and both of them are stronger than Miconazole Nitrate Cream(P<0.01),ie,They all have significant difference in statistical.There are no obvious difference in inhibition zone between the pathogenic fungus isolated from patients and standard strains Under the condition of external used drug intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:The antifungal activity of Amorolfine Hydrochloride Cream is stronger than Terbinafine Hydrochloride Cream,and they are both stronger than Miconazole Nitrate Cream.2.The three drugs has yet to produce drug resistance or drug resistance is not strong.
