【摘要】 伴随近年来我国旅游业的快速发展,酒店业呈现出蓬勃建设的场面,中小型酒店数量也随之急剧增长。然而中小型酒店由于功能缺失、空间狭隘、形态破旧等一系列问题已经无法适应人们日益增长得需求和同行业的激烈竞争。在可持续发展的大背景下,如何合理而恰当地让中小型酒店通过更新改造来提升自身,已经成为酒店业亟需关注的重要课题,具有十分重大的现实、经济和学术价值。本文将中小型酒店的更新改造作为研究对象,通过国内外大量文献、实地调研、优秀案例整理归纳,来总结和研究出切实可行的中小型酒店更新改造的设计方法。本研究从中小型酒店发展现状和酒店改造动因作为切入点展开对背景的论述,明确研究对象、意义和方法;其次对国内外中小型酒店更新改造优秀案例进行分析,梳理出酒店更新改造要点、国外优秀经验和国内改造问题,为中小型酒店更新改造方法的总结归纳打下基础。本文着重从以下三个方面对中小型酒店更新改造设计方法展开论述:1中小型酒店更新改造的功能设计方法研究。按照酒店的功能组成,分别从入口、大堂、客房、其他公共空间四个方面,结合大量实际案例用图示化方法逐级展开归纳出中小型酒店改造手法和要点。2中小型酒店更新改造的形态设计方法研究。围绕形体优化、界面肌理更新、结构体系改造三个方面展开,总结和归纳适合中小型酒店的更新模式。3结合总结和归纳出的中小型酒店更新改造设计方法来对项目实践进行优化设计,进一步验证设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s tourism in recent years,the hotel industry has shown vigorous construction scene,and the number of small and medium sized hotel has also increased dramatically.However,a series of problems,such as lack of function,narrow space and bad shape,have been unable to meet the growing demand of the small and medium-sized hotels and the fierce competition in the same industry.In the background of sustainable development,how to promote own quality reasonably and appropriately for small and medium-sized hotel through the renovation,has become an important topic for hotel industry noticed and valued,which has great practical,economic and academic value.In this paper,the renovation and transformation of small and medium-sized hotels as research object,through a large number of domestic and foreign literature,field research,excellent case collation induction,to sum up and study the practical design methods of small and medium-sized hotel renovation.This study from the small and medium-sized hotel development and hotel renovation motivation as a starting point of discussion of the background,a clear research object,significance and methods;followed by domestic and foreign small and medium-sized hotel renovation outstanding case analysis,summed up the key points of the renovation of the hotel,excellent experience of foreign countries,the domestic transformation of the problem for renovation methods to lay the foundation.Then this paper focuses on the following two aspects of the small and medium-sized hotel renovation design method is discussed:The function design method Research of the small and medium-sized hotel renewal and transformation.According to the function of the hotel,from the entrance,lobby,guest room,other public space four aspects,combined with a large number of practical cases with graphical approach to expand the small and medium-sized hotel transformation techniques and points.Small and medium-sized hotel renovation form design method research.Around the body optimization,interface texture update,structural system transformation three aspects,summed up suitable for small and medium-sized hotels update mode.Finally,in combination with summary and induction of small and medium-sized hotel renovation design method to optimize the project practice design,further verify the design method.更多还原
