注塑鞋底铝模具的设计及制造技术研究

【摘要】 制鞋业市场的快速发展及人们对鞋类产品多样化的需求,鞋模具市场也越来越向小批量化、快速化、高精密化方向发展。鞋模的快速设计及制造技术是抢占鞋业市场的关键。本文的研究主要以鞋底模具为例,研究针对精密模具的快速设计及制造的相关技术。本文针对注塑鞋底模具精度高、纹理精细的特点,提出了一种基于逆向工程与正向绘图交互的设计方式。在激光三维扫描设备采集三维鞋底数据的基础上,采用正逆向结合建模方式进行曲面重建,得到表面光顺、纹理完整的鞋底模具。最终得到的鞋模数模与原始网格数据比较,最大绝对误差为士0.2mm。本文以注塑鞋底模具为例进行了一系列精密造型及铸造实验。主要研究了以数控精雕加工技术和失蜡铸造技术为手段,以铸造石膏、石墨型、磷酸盐包埋料、冷硬树脂砂型为鞋模铸造造型材料,从成型效率、表面粗糙度、尺寸精度等方面分析研究不同造型方法的优劣。以数控技术为手段,以石膏、石墨作为造型材料,研究了石膏、石墨的加工性能、加工效率及表面粗糙度。石膏型制备采用真空发泡和震压造型可显著降低石膏型芯内部的气孔分率,其中45-65℃烘干8小时后石膏型加工表面质量较好。对比了两种加工策略下石墨型加工的效率,石墨型加工表面粗糙度相对较高。以磷酸盐包埋料、失蜡转移涂料砂型为材料,研究了作为包埋料与转移涂料砂型作为精密铸造材料的可行性。包埋料型芯表面粗糙度在1.7μm,准一涂料砂型表面粗糙度在2.0μm内。最后,以石墨型方法采用石墨作为铸造造型材料,研究了石墨的设计加工及铸造工艺,得到表面粗糙度在1.2μm的铸件,满足鞋模精度1.6μm的要求。

【Abstract】 Footwear industry,the rapid development of the market and the demand for diversifiedfootwear products,shoe mold market is also increasingly to the small batch,rapid,high-precision direction.Shoe mode of rapid design and manufacturing technology is to seize the key to the footwear market.The research of this paper mainly focuses on the rapid design and manufacturing of shoe mold.In this paper,a design method based on the characteristics of injection molding sole is proposed,and a design method based on reverse engineering and forward drawing is proposed.Using the laser three-dimensional scanning device to collect the shoe pattern data,according to the data reverse design of high-precision three-dimensional model,get the surface smooth,complete texture of the shoe pattern mold.The final shoe modulus and the original grid data comparison,the maximum absolute error of 0.3mm.In this paper,injection molded sole mold as an example of a series of precision modeling and casting experiments.The advantages and disadvantages of four methods,such as precision cast gypsum,phosphate embedding material,wax loss transfer coating sand type and graphite type,are explored in terms of surface roughness and dimensional precision of precision forming.Gypsum method was used to study the stomatal distribution after gypsum solidification.The surface precision was compared with the direct engraving method and the silicone method.The embedding material modeling method was improved on the basis of the traditional process.The method of transferring paint is combined with the lost wax shape to obtain the sand type with high precision coating layer on the surface.Graphite method uses graphite as casting material,studied the design and processing of graphite and casting process,the surface roughness of 1.2μm castings to meet the requirements of the shoe mold accuracy of 1.6μm.
