廊坊市某区域能源系统协同微网的研究

【摘要】 近年来廊坊市大气污染较为严重,治理工作势在必行,而伴随该市纳入国家级“禁煤区”范围,燃煤锅炉须全部改造,其中绝大多数为冬季供暖锅炉。常规的改造方法为“煤改气”或“煤改电”,需要建设新的供能设备,投资及运行费用相对较高,且供能设备在供暖期外长期闲置,负荷率低。在此背景下,本文提出了一种全新的改造模式,构建区域能源系统协同微网,释放区域内既有高效供能设备的冗余产能,来满足供暖需求。本文以廊坊市某一区域的能源系统为研究对象,调研了区域内四个用户的能源站概况、用能方式、用能范围、用能时间和用能规律。在详细调研的基础上,运用系统能效理论以及经济学、市场学、运筹学等相关学科的知识,对区域内用户各自能源系统的配置及运行情况进行了统计分析,对既有供能设备的供能成本和负荷率开展了定性和定量的计算分析。基于调研分析,结果发现:在调研的区域内,一方面存在刚性的供暖需求和隐性的降低供冷成本的需求;另一方面区域内既有的高效供能设备的装机容量普遍偏大,运行负荷率低,设备闲置率高,虽然供能成本较低,但没有充分发挥设备的能力。在此基础上,本文构建了区域能源系统协同微网的供能模式,搭建了供热、供冷状态下的系统框架,对协同微网系统中的热网、冷网、控制网以及各用户的并网点进行了规划设计,并对协同微网系统中热量、冷量的交易模式、交易价格和交易量进行了分析测算,计算了通过协同微网交易冷、热量所创造的最小价值和最大价值。最后,分别从经济、技术和环保角度对于区域能源系统协同微网的价值体现开展了量化分析,评价其与常规能源系统、区域既有能源系统间的差异。区域能源系统协同微网使原本相互独立的各个用户的能源系统成为互联互通的协同微网系统,未增加新的供能设备,而是用既有的高效供能设备来满足区域内相应的用能需求,在降低投资、满足用能需求的同时,还能够实现降低用能成本、提高既有供能设备负荷率以及节能减排。本文的研究成果可为区域供能和“煤改气”、“煤改电”项目提供一些新模式的思路和理论支持,为降低社会能源设施整体投资起到一定促进作用。

【Abstract】 Air pollution in Langfang city is more serious in recent years,therefore it is imperative to start governance,but along with the city was incorporated into national ‘forbidden coal area’ scope,coal-fired boilers must be all transformed,as most of them are heating boilers in winter.Regular transformation methods are the ‘coal to gas’ or ‘coal to electricity’,which need to build new power equipment,investment and operation cost is relatively high,and power equipment is idle f or a long time except the heating period,load rate is low.In this background,we imagine and put forward a new reform mode in this article,that is to construct a system of regional energy micro network,release of both high power equipment in the area of redundant capacity to meet the heating requirements.Based on the energy system of a certain area in Langfang city as the research object,we researched four users in this area from the general situation of the power station,the method,territory,time and rules of energy usage.On the basis of detailed investigation and research,this paper is a comprehensive statistics and analysis of all users within the area of each energy system configuration and operation situation,by using the theory of system energy efficiency as well as the knowledge of the related subjects such as economics,marketing,operational research,etc.,which is carried out by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the energy supply and load rate of the existing power supply equ ipment.In the target area of this research,there is rigid heating energy demand and implicit cooling cost-reduction demand on one hand;and on the other hand,the installed capacity of existing high energy supply equipment is generally large,low operating load rate and high equipment idle rate,although the cost is low,it isn’t fully played to the ability of the equipment.So in consideration of this two aspects of the case above,we build a collaborative network of micro supply mode in target area in this paper.We set up a system framework for the heating and cooling condition,which plans and designs the system of heat and cold supply network,control network and the network users,analyzes and measures trading patterns of volume of heat,cold,trading price and trading volume.In order to reflect the value of this micro supply mode in the target area,respectively from the point of view of economy,technology and environmental protection in the quantitative analysis,we evaluate the differences between the original energy systems,conventional energy systems and it.Regional energy system of micro network makes each individual users of energy system become a collaborative and intercoordinate network system,without adding new power equipment,but with the existing efficient high-powered equipment to meet the energy demand of area,in this way we can achieve reduction in investment and satisfy the demand,at the same time we can also reduce energy costs,improve the existing energy supply equipment load rate,save energy and reduce pollution discharge.The research results of this paper can provide some new modes of thinking and theoretical support for the regional energy supplement and the ‘coal to gas’ or ‘coal to electricity’ project,which plays a certain role in promoting the overall investment of social energy facilities.
