钻井辅助驳船舱室噪声预报与控制研究

【摘要】 随着海洋石油相关产业及装备的升级,与船员生活、工作环境相关的国际标准也更为严格。为保证船员海上作业的顺利进行,需要解决服务于钻井平台的辅助驳船的噪声问题。在前期做出噪声预报并采取防范措施,建造运营成本会大幅度降低。本文结合钻井辅助驳船的工作特点,运用统计能量分析(SEA)方法,借助VA One声学分析软件对某多功能钻井辅助驳船的舱室进行噪声预报,并进一步开展了相关控制研究工作,主要研究内容如下:(1)驳船SEA模型建立及相关参数如模态数、内损耗因子、输入功率等的计算。(2)计算模型裸板(不考虑任何舾装)时的舱室噪声水平,通过与相关规范对比进行噪声超标舱室汇总。(3)结合预报结果,从噪声影响成分着手分别考虑主发电机组的结构和空气噪声,分析不同舱室的噪声影响主要成分,实施不同降噪方案。通过对发电机组采取弹簧隔振和隔声罩的降噪措施,大部分舱室声压水平可以达到规范要求。(4)对个别声压水平在规范值附近浮动的人员舱室,进行了进一步噪声成分分析,并制定了不同的噪声控制方案,发现阻尼结构对该舱室的降噪效果较优。进而采取不同的阻尼结构形式进行降噪,探讨了自由阻尼材料的厚度和储能模量对舱室噪声的影响,约束阻尼结构约束层厚度、中间阻尼层厚度和储能模量对舱室噪声的影响。通过对所有方案进行汇总比较,最后得出一种经济、有效的降噪方案,此方案对工程实践有一定的实际意义。

【Abstract】 With the industrial equipment related to offshore oil upgraded,the international standards about the life and working environment of the crew are stricter.To guarantee the smooth progress of the maritime operations,it is needed to solve the noise problems caused by the tender barges which served the drilling platform.Simultaneously,it will reduce construction costs greatly to make noise forecasts and take precautionary measures in the early stages.Based on the operating feature of the drilling tender barge,this paper uses the Statistical Energy Analysis(SEA)method to measure the noise level of a multi-functional drilling tender barge with an acoustic analysis software-VA One,then related control research is implemented further.The main contents are as follows:(1)Establish the SEA model and calculate the related parameters such as modal number;internal loss factor;input power.(2)Calculate the noise level of the cabins regardless of any outfitting and summarize cabins whose noise levels exceed relevant specifications.(3)The main noise generating effects of the structure and air is considered,combining the forecasted results.Different noise reduction schemes are implemented,based on the different noise type that made great impact on various cabins.The sound pressure level of cabins meet the requirements of the specifications concerned,through adopting noise reduction of using spring isolation and acoustic hood to the generator.(4)Make further noise component analysis for cabin whose noise level just satisfies the specifications and apply various noise treatments.It is found that using damping structure for that cabin could achieve a better effect.Then it is discussed that the influence of the thickness and storage modulus of free damping materials;the thickness of constrained damping structure;the thickness and the storage modulus of the intermediate damping layer on the noise of the cabin taking a different damping structure noise treatment.A more economical and effective noise treatment is obtained by comparing of all these treatments,which has certain practical significance to engineering practice.
