【摘要】 人口老龄化已经成为全世界共同的问题和考验,我国大陆也面临老龄化带来的巨大挑战。大陆老年人口的基数大而且增长速度快,传统的养老观念已经受到了冲击,很多老年人希望可以在老年公寓安度晚年。但是现有的养老居住设施难以满足老年人的需求,已有的老年公寓很少从老年人的切身需求出发,存在很多问题,应该多借鉴其他地区的经验。我国台湾地区进入老龄化社会比大陆早,在养老服务与养老设施等方面不断探索与试验,积累了宝贵的经验。两岸同根同祖,老年人的生活习惯比较接近,台湾地区在养老设施领域的实践经验对大陆有借鉴意义。本文包括以下内容:理论分析老年人群体需求。从老年人群体特征、行为习惯入手,结合国外的老年公寓规划设计实践,梳理符合老年人基本需求的老年公寓规划基本原则。研究分析台湾老年公寓的发展和现状,梳理台湾老年公寓的发展历程,从设施、管理和监督三个层面对台湾老年公寓相关规范进行总结,再研究老年公寓的现状。调查分析台湾城市老年公寓实践,首先对台湾老年人的生活现况和他们对养老居住的需求进行分析,再对台湾地区五个城市老年公寓的案例进行研究,探究它们的区位、规模、功能、空间、套型和管理,并进行对比分析,从中归纳台湾城市老年公寓的特点。归纳总结城市老年公寓规划策略,在前面几章的基础上,从规划、空间、运营三个层面提出台湾城市老年公寓的策略,并对比两岸城市老年公寓的异同,归纳总结出台湾地区城市老年公寓实践经验对大陆的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aging of the population has become a common problem and the test for the whole world,PRC is also facing the challenges of population aging.Because of PRC’s big elderly population base and rapid growth,the traditional concept of providing for the aged has changed,a lot of old people hope to spend their declining years in pension apartment.However,the existing pension facilities are difficult to meet the needs of the elderly,the existing pension apartments can’t proceed from the old people’s perspective.There are many problems,we should learn from the experience from other regions.Taiwan entered the aging society earlier than the China’s mainland,continuously exploring and testing in the pension services and pension facilities so that they have accumulated valuable experience.Taiwan and the mainland’s mainland have the same ancestral roots,habits of the elderly is relatively close,the pension facilities in Taiwan have certain model significance for the mainland.This article includes the following:Theoretical analysis of the needs of the elderly population.Starting from the characteristics of the elderly population,their behavior habits,combined with the planning and design practice of the senior apartment abroad,combing the fundamental planning principles of the senior apartment that meet with the basic needs of the elderly.Then researching and analyzing the development and the status quo of Taiwan pension apartments,combing the development process of pension apartment in Taiwan,summarizing the relevant norms of Taiwan apartments from facilities,management and supervision,and then is the research about status of pension apartment.Diagnosing the practice of Taiwan Pension apartments.Firstly,analyzing the current life of Taiwan elderly people and analysis about their living needs.Then studying the cases of pension apartments of 5 cities in Taiwan,researching on their location,size,function,space,size and management,then have comparative analysis,summarizing the characteristics of Taiwan pension apartments.Finally,summarizing the civic pension apartment planning strategy,based on the previous chapters to put forward the senior apartment strategies of Taiwan from the planning,space and operation.Then to compare similarities and differences between the civic senior apartments on the both sides of Taiwan Straits,summaries the practical experience of civic pension apartment in Taiwan and the enlightenment to PRC.更多还原
