高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质培养探究

【摘要】 社会主义市场经济体系的完善,需要加快法治经济和法治社会建设,把经济社会发展纳入法治化轨道,是当前我国要做的重要事情。我国已经逐渐的迈向法治国家,但是,社会中还存在着一些违法的现象,特别是近年来高校中出现的犯罪案件较多,高校大学生犯罪社会关注度较高,如何加强大学生法律素质的培养显得极其重要。大学生法律素质教育也是素质教育的重要组成部分,大学生在法治社会建设中起着重要的作用,加强高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质的培养将对社会法治建设的发展起到重要的推动作用。笔者具体阐述了高校思想政治教育中大学生的法律素质主要包括四个要素,他们分别是大学生法律意识、法律知识、法律适用能力和在这个过程中对法律所形成的法律信仰,在对大学生法律素质相关要素进行问卷调查的基础上找到大学生法律素质欠佳的原因并对原因进行了系统的分析,进而针对大学生法律素质的四个要素提出相应的对策,并在此基础上期望能够对高校思想政治教育中大学生法律素质的培养提供有益帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The improvement of the socialist market economy system needs to speed up the construction of the rule of law economy and the rule of law society,and bring economic and social development into the orbit of the rule of law,which is an important thing for China to do.China has gradually moved towards a country ruled by law,but there are still some illegal phenomena in the society,especially in recent years,there are more crimes in Colleges and universities,and the social concern of college students is higher.It is very important to strengthen the training of legal quality of college students in Ideological and political education.An important part of College Students’ legal quality education and quality education of college students,plays an important role in the construction of rule of law,strengthen the cultivation of legal quality of College Students Ideological and political education in the development of the social construction of the rule of law play an important role in promoting.The author expounds the legal quality of college students in the ideological and political education mainly includes four elements,they are the legal application ability of college students legal consciousness,legal knowledge,and the formation of the law in the process of legal belief,based on the questionnaire survey of College Students’ legal quality related factors to find reasons of poor college students’ legal quality and the reason is analyzed,and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the four elements of the legal quality of college students,and on this basis,is expected to provide useful help to the cultivation of legal quality of college students in the ideological and political education.更多还原
