【摘要】 随着我国城镇化的快速推进,城镇化过程中暴露出不少问题,主要有三个方面:首先,城镇化的速度虽然很快,但是质量却不高;其次,在城镇化的过程中,地方政府在民生保障投入上还远远不够,也造成很多教育、医疗等方面的问题;最后,新居民面临着社区融入问题和归属感问题。针对上述问题,本文提出来社区化服务管理的一种解决方案。通过社区统一管理,定期组织活动,来联络社区内居民的感情,解决新入居人员的相关问题,丰富社区居民的生活。基于软件工程中的瀑布式开发模型,依次进行社区服务管理系统的系统需求分析、系统概要设计、系统详细设计、数据库设计、系统开发实现等工作。为了获得最真实的需求信息,对系统的用户进行实际的调研、访谈、问卷调查等的工作;考虑到未来社区管理需求变更的可能性,将系统设计成易变更、易维护的信息系统;为了确保系统的质量,除了通过良好的系统架构设计来确保大方向的系统质量之外,还进行了充分的系统单元测试和集成测试等工作。系统基于MFC组件开发实现了社区的系统管理模块、住户管理模块、公共管理模块和海报管理模块等功能,并进行了相关的测试。基于MFC的社区服务管理系统的实施,不仅使得社区的管理更加简单化,更能够使社区居民更方便地生活,提高了社区的认知度和满意度,定期的社区活动也大大增加了居民之间的联络,具有较高的社会价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid progress of China’s urbanization,the urbanization process exposed many problems,mainly in three aspects:Firstly,although the fast pace of urbanization,but the quality is not high;Secondly,in the process of urbanization,local government investment in the livelihood security is not enough,which caused a lot of problems of education,health care and other aspects;Finally,new residents face the communitey merging and belonging issues.For solving these problems,we propose a communitey-based service management of a solution,which can unify management by the communitey,regularly organizes events to contact the feelings within the communitey,to solve the problems of new residents,Based on waterfall development model,the system of the community service management system sequentially carry on system needs analysis,system outline design,detailed system design,database design,system development work and so on.We do the actual research,interviews,questionnaires and other work with the users of the system to get the most realistic demand information;considering the possibility of future changes in communitey management needs,the system is designed to a information system which is easy to change and easy to maintain:to ensure the quality of the system,a good system architecture designed to ensure the quality of the general direction of the system,and also get on a full system unite testing and integration testing and other works.Systems is based on MFC components wich achieve a communiteies system management module,household management module,public administration module and POSTs management module and the associated tests.MFC-based implementation of communitey service management system,not only makes communiteies more simplified management,but also be able to more easily facilitate communitey life,improve the communitey’s awareness and satisfaction,regular community activities also greatly increased the contact between residents,has a high social value.更多还原
