基于红外的轨道交通站台门安全防护的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着轨道交通系统的迅速发展和地铁出行客流的不断上升,站台门作为地铁站台安全防护的主要设备,在防止乘客意外跌下站台、与地铁列车发生碰伤等方面发挥着重要作用,日益成为现时轨道交通系统的标准配置之一。但由于站台门系统自身只能检测到滑动门间的障碍物,如果有乘客因故被阻隔在站台门与列车之间的间隙内,则极易造成安全伤害,近年来国内已经发生多起相关事故。本文针对地铁车站工作环境及运营维护的特点,设计一款基于红外光幕传感器的主动式障碍物探测防护系统。以计算机、通信及传感器技术为基础,在站台门与列车之间增设一种安全有效的红外光幕传感器,将长度120米左右的整侧站台作为防护区域,自动进行探测。微处理器通过接收红外光幕传感器的检测信息,通过该信息判断站台门与列车之间是否存在障碍物,并将判断结果反馈至站台门和地铁信号,将其作为地铁列车安全动车的必要条件。当站台门与列车之间存在障碍物时,装设在站台头端司机立岗位置的报警装置,同时发出声光报警,提醒司机危险的存在,直至障碍物清除。12864LCD显示屏实时显示屏蔽门状态,此外微处理器通过总线将报警信息和传感器的工作状态实时传输至上位机,在发生异常时提醒地铁运维人员及时进行处置,增强系统可靠度。该系统基于红外光幕传感器实现了轨道交通站台门与列车间间隙自动防护,调试及实验结果显示,该系统能有效检测到滞留在站台门与列车之间间隙内的乘客,避免意外动车造成安全事故的发生,并且可以缩短司机瞭望进行人工监控的时间,提高地铁运营安全效率及自动化、智能化水平,为实现列车的全无人驾驶扫清了障碍,为站台门技术在城市轨道交通系统中的广泛应用提供更为安全的措施。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of subway systems and the rising of subway passengers, the subway platform screen doors as a major safety equipment, plays an important role to prevent passengers’ accidental falling and to be bruised by subway train. It’ s now becoming the standard configuration of the subway system. However, subway platform screen doors only can detect the obstacle between the sliding door, and if there are passengers blocked in the gap,harm can be caused easily .in recent years, China has many similar incidents occurred.Considering the subway platform’s working environment and maintenance features, this paper designed an active obstacle detection system based on infrared light curtain sensor. This system uses the computer, communications and sensor technology as the foundation, install a safe and effective infrared light curtain between the door and the train station to detect the entire side of the protection area which is almost 120 meters’ long automaticly.Microprocessor receives the detection information from the infrared light curtain to judge whether there is an obstacle between the door and the train station, and then controls the screen door open or closed based on the judgment results. When there is an obstacle between the train and platform screen doors, the alarm device installed in the head station, will send out the audible and visual alarm to alert the driver the presence of danger, until obstacle clearance.12864 LCD displays the screen door status in real time.In addition,the microprocessor transmits the alarm information and detective sensors’ operating state to the host via RS-232 bus . when abnormal accurs, it will remind the maintenance staff to manner disposal timely to enhance system reliability.The system realizes the function of showing the screen door protection, commissioning and experimental results, based on infrared light curtain. Meanwhile, the system can prevent passengers to strand in the gap between the platform and the train door effectively, which not only avoids accidents, but also reduces the time for drivers looking out and monitoring. So this system indeed improve the level of safety ,automation and intelligence, it cleared the way for the realization of the train driverless goal, and it provides more security measures for the widely use of platform technology.
