通道型高速铁路网络客流输送模式选择研究

【摘要】 在高速铁路日渐成网条件下,城市之间的客流交换量增大,旅客出行距离延长,旅客出行需求及复杂程度进一步增加。为适应这一变化,需研究更合理的客流输送模式和旅客列车开行方案。对长途客流而言,采用中转换乘客流输送模式还是直达客流输送模式来服务长途客流,特别是跨多条高速线的长途客流,是值得讨论的问题。首先给出通道型高速铁路网络的概念及基本特点。分析通道型高速铁路网络客流特点,并进行分类。在此基础上,分析直达和中转换乘两种客流输送模式的优劣及适用性,并初步探讨通道型高速铁路网络的适用模式。对广义费用成本这一概念进行阐述,广义费用成本是指:“企业因生产经营活动和其他活动而发生的全部经济利益总流出”,本文还包括旅客自身的广义费用出行成本。探讨直达客流输送模式和中转换乘客流输送模式下运输企业以及旅客自身的广义费用成本组成,分析广义费用成本对客流输送模式选择的影响。并运用聚类分析方法进行客流节点等级划分,为中转换乘客流输送模式的换乘节点提供选择依据。阐述通道型高速铁路网络的简化处理方法,以简化后的通道型高速铁路网络为研究对象,以铁路运输收益最大化和旅客出行广义费用最小化为优化目标,以客流量、动车组检修距离和径路通过能力为约束建立多目标规划模型。在对模型分析、处理的基础上,给出了基于Dijkstra算法的模型求解方法。以齐齐哈尔至北京的客流输送模式选择为例,阐述了上述研究思路。

【Abstract】 Under the condition of high speed railway forming one network,passenger flow exchange capacity between cities is increasing, passenger traveling distance is extended, passenger travel demand and complexity become more complicated. In order to adapt to this change,we need to study the more reasonable passenger transport mode and the passenger train development plan. For long-distance passenger flow, choose the transit transfer passenger transportation mode or direct passenger transportation mode to serve the long-distance passenger traffic,especially the long-distance passenger flow across multiple high-speed line, is worthy of discussion.First, give the concept of channel type high-speed rail network , and the basic characteristics of it. Analyze the characteristics of passenger flow of channel type high-speed rail network and classify it. On the basis of this, the advantages and applicability of both the direct and transfer modes are analyzed, and discuss the applicable model of the channel high-speed rail network preliminarily.Explain the concept of General Expenses Cost. It refers to: "The all total outflow of the enterprise for production and business operation activities and other events". The Paper also considers the personal traveling cost. Discuss the General Expenses’ composition of transportation enterprises and passengers under the mode of directly transporting passengers and the transfer mode, analysis of the generalized cost impact on passenger transportation mode selection. And use clustering analysis to divide the grade of traffic node, providing selection basis of transfer node of transfer passenger transportation mode.Discuss the simplified processing method of high-speed railway network of channel type, on the basis of simplified high-speed railway network of channel type,The optimization goal is maximization of railway transportation income and the minimum of generalized traveling cost, the constraint is traffic, the distance of reconditioning CRH and the limit of path’s trafficability to establish the Multi-objective programming model. Based on the analysis and simplification of the model, a model method based on Dijkstra is presented. Taking the choice of the passenger flow pattern in Qiqihar to Beijing as an example,this paper expounds the research method mentioned in this paper.
