基于QFD和案例推理的绿色产品设计方案选择研究

【摘要】 可持续发展背景下,绿色产品越来越受到政府的重视和消费者的认可。绿色产品已成为了企业的核心竞争力。因此,选择满足用户需求和绿色需求的产品设计方案对企业来说至关重要。目前关于绿色产品设计方案选择问题的研究仍存在不足,主要体现在以下两个方面:一是绿色产品设计方案评价指标体系的构建和权重计算不够完善,现有的研究没有考虑到将产品的需求信息融入到指标体系和指标权重中。二是已有的绿色产品设计方案选择方法没有考虑到决策者的期望。因此,需要在改善这两个问题的基础上对绿色产品设计方案选择进行更加深入的研究。从绿色产品设计、QFD和案例推理的相关理论分析入手,本文针对如何选择令决策者满意的绿色产品设计方案开展了深入的研究。研究目的和意义在于:一方面,基于QFD和案例推理的的理论分析,构建了绿色产品设计方案选择的框架和方法,另一方面,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和合理性,为企业选择绿色产品设计方案提供现实指导意义。本文主要完成了以下三个方面的工作:(1)绿色产品设计、QFD和案例推理的相关理论分析。本文分析了绿色产品设计的概念及特点、方法、研究问题,QFD的概念及相关理论、应用领域和案例推理的概念及相关理论、应用领域等,为进一步研究绿色产品设计方案选择方法打下基础。(2)绿色产品设计方案选择的方法构建。给出了一种基于QFD和案例推理的绿色产品设计方案选择的框架和方法。QFD方法能将产品的需求信息融入到绿色产品设计方案评价指标体系和权重中。在确定指标权重后,采用案例推理方法对绿色产品设计备选方案进行选择,最终确定决策者最满意的绿色产品设计方案。(3)实例分析。通过M公司空调产品设计方案选择的例子,说明了本文提出的基于QFD和案例推理的绿色产品设计方案选择方法的运算过程。本文对绿色产品设计方案选择问题进行了深入的研究,不仅从QFD和案例推理视角延伸了绿色产品设计方案选择的理论研究,也可以为企业绿色产品设计方案选择提供实践指导。
【Abstract】 Under the background of sustainable development,green product is paid more and more attention by governments and accepted by consumers.Green product has been the core competitiveness of enterprise.Therefore,selecting the green product design scheme which can satisfies customer and environment is particularly important for enterprise.But there is still lack of research on green product design scheme selection.One is the evaluation index system and weight calculation.Although domestic and overseas scholars have done many researches,they don’t consider the information of requirement when establish the evaluation index system and calculate the indexes’ weight.Secondly,the existing green product design scheme selection methods don’t consider decision maker’s expectation.Therefore,we should do more research on green product design scheme selection from the two aspects.In this paper,the study aims to deeply research on green product design scheme selection problem based on analyzing related theories of green product design,QFD and CBR.The purpose and meaning of the study lie in: on one hand,to provide a method for green product design scheme selection based on QFD and CBR in terms of existing research;on the other hand,to verify the reasonability and effectiveness of the proposed method via a actual case.This article has mainly completed three aspects as follows:Firstly,related concepts and theories are analyzed.This thesis analyzes the concept and characteristics,method and relevant research problems of green product design,the concept and theories of QFD and its applied areas,and the concept and theories of CBR and its applied areas.The analysis is the foundation for further green product design scheme selection.Secondly,the framework and method for selecting green product design scheme are given.QFD is an effective way to integrate the information of requirements into evaluation index system and weight calculation.After determining the evaluation index weight,CBR method is adopted to select satisfying green product design scheme.Thirdly,a case about green product design scheme selection is analyzed.This case is about air condition of a home appliances enterprise,which demonstrates the operation of the method for selecting green product design scheme.The deep research on green product design scheme selection problem not only enrich the related theory research from the perspective of QFD and CBR,but also give a guidance and reference for enterprise to select appropriate green product design scheme.
