卧式振动离心机系统自同步理论研究

【摘要】 振动离心机利用振动来强化煤炭脱水的效果,其结果能使煤炭获得比较好的脱水指标。近年来,离心机的结构、种类及其应用等方面发展非常迅速,但是其理论研究落后于实践是很久就存在的问题了。当前在理论研究方面所得到的知识,大部分是用以说明试验的结果,但是在预测设备的性能、选型和设计计算上,通常还是要凭借经验和试验。因此,对卧式振动离心机的动力学特征进行研究,发展卧式振动离心机的自同步振动理论,具有重要的理论研究意义和工程的实际应用价值。本文主要研究了卧式振动离心机振动系统的自同步理论,主要完成了下面几个工作。(1)建立两种类型的卧式振动离心机的动力学模型,运用位移矢量坐标推导出系统动能、势能和能量逸散函数,并将其代入拉格朗日方程,得出了两种类型的卧式振动离心机的运动微分方程。(2)利用传递函数法,推导出HSG1400卧式振动离心机振动系统的稳态响应的解析表达式,利用小参数法推导出相对运动的响应进而推导出VM1400卧式振动离心机振动系统稳态响应的解析表达式。利用改进小参数平均法,推导出卧式振动离心机系统中的两个偏心转子的无量纲耦合方程。依据无量纲耦合方程的零解存在及稳定性,推导出两偏心转子实现同步性的判据,得到两种类型的卧式振动离心机两偏心转子自同步的条件;依据Hamilton平均作用最小值点推导出两偏心转子自同步的稳定性判据,得到卧式振动离心机两偏心转子自同步的稳定性条件。(3)对两种类型的卧式振动离心机进行了数值分析,得到了卧式振动离心机系统实现同步和同步稳定的振动质体频率比的范围,研究了偏心块质量和间隙距离对HSG1400卧式振动离心机系统自同步状态的影响以及内质体与外质体的质量比对VM1400卧式振动离心机系统自同步状态的影响。(4)利用龙格库塔法,通过计算机仿真软件,验证了间隙距离对HSG1400卧式振动离心机系统自同步状态的影响以及内质体与外质体的质量比对VM1400卧式振动离心机系统自同步状态的影响,同时也证明了两种类型的卧式振动离心机系统能够自同步振动和自同步状态的稳定性。

【Abstract】 Vibrating centrifuger use vibration to strengthen the effect of coal dehydration,and it can make the coal get better dehydration index.In recent years,the development of the structure,variety and application of the vibrating centrifuger is very rapid,but its theoretical study is lagging behind practice for a long time.The knowledge obtained in the theoretical research is used to explain the test results,but in predicting device performance,selection and design calculation is usually by experience and test.Therefore,studying the dynamics of horizontal vibrating centrifuger,developing the theory of self-synchronization for horizontal vibrating centrifuger,has important theoretical significance and engineering practical value.In this paper,the theory of self-synchronization for horizontal vibrating centrifuger was studied,and some of the following works were accomplished:(1)The mechanical model of two kind of system was established.Kinetic energy,potential Energy and functions of energy dissipation of motion for the system were expressed.Then applying them to Lagrange’s equation,the equations for motion for the systems are obtained.(2)The analytic expressions of HSG1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s vibrating system of steady state response is obtained by the transfer function method,the analytical expressions of relative motion response and VM1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s vibrating system steady state response was obtained by he method of small parameter.The dimensionless coupled equations of two eccentric rotors in the horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system was obtained by the modified small parameter averaging method.On the basis of existence and stability of zero solution of dimensionless coupling equation,the criterion of two the eccentric rotors’s self-synchronization was deduced,two types of horizontal vibration centrifuger’s two eccentric rotors self-synchronization condition was obtained;.The stability criterion of the self-synchronization of the two eccentric rotor and horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s two eccentric rotor stability condition of self-synchronization was obtained which is based on the mean value of Hamilton.(3)Numerical analysis of two types of horizontal vibrating centrifuger was carried out,the frequency ratio range of horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system which can achieve self-synchronization and self-synchronization stability was obtained,the eccentric mass and gap distance on the effect of HSG1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system self-synchronization state and the mass ratio on the effect of VM1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system of self-synchronization state was discussed.(4)The gap distance on the effects of self-synchronization state in the HSG1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system state and the mass ratio of on the effects of self-synchronization state VM1400 horizontal vibrating centrifuger’s system was verified through the Runge Kutta method and the computer simulation.And it was proved that self-synchronization vibration and self-synchronization state’s stability in two types of horizontal vibrating centrifuger system is correct.
