【摘要】 “医生”是一个既崇高又伟大的职业,医术、医德兼备是这个职业所必须具备的。德、术兼备思想贯穿于整个传统医学理论的始终,其所蕴涵的丰富的医学道德思想对当今医者的行为具有重要的指导和规范意义。而今,经济全球化、信息网络化、科技全面化等导致社会多种价值观相互碰撞、融合,人们的物质生活得到满足,对精神世界的追求也随之而来,医疗目的也逐渐发生了变化!从保证人的身体健康转变为顾护人身心健康,这就要求医生在提高医疗技术水平的同时,对医生道德的培养与规范提出新的要求,医生要注重自身的修养!所以弘扬优良的医德医风,提高从医者的医学道德修养,加强医师的执业行为规范建设,构建和谐的医患关系显然已成为当前任务的重中之重,也是此次研究的主要目的。《黄帝内经》中对医者医疗行为严格要求的提出,对不良医德、医风的强烈反对,对患者严谨负责的工作态度的重视等内容,这对我们现代的医患关系的缓和、和谐医疗环境的建设、医者医德行为的培养、医学生的德术教育均具有重要的指导意义。认真梳理《内经》中有关医德思想的相关论述,并进行系统地梳理和科学地吸收,树立具有中国传统医德特色的现代医德,不仅具有跨时代的理论意义,更具有符合当今中国国情的临床(实践)意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 "Doctor" is a lofty and great career,medicine,medical ethics is this profession must have both.DE,both always thought throughout the traditional medical theory,its contained abundant ideas of medical ethics for today’s medical behavior guidance and norms of significance.Today,economic globalization,information network,science and technology lead to a variety of social values such as comprehensive collision and fusion of each other,people’s material life are met,the pursuit of the spirit world comes,medical purpose also gradually changed!From the guarantor’s health to protect people health of body and mind,which requires a doctor while improve the level of medical technology,the cultivation of moral and specification put forward new requirements to the doctor,the doctor should pay attention to their own culture!So carry forward the good medical ethics,improving CongYiZhe medical ethics,to strengthen the construction of physician practice behavior norms,the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship has become a top priority of the current task,obviously is the main purpose of this study.In huangdi neijing,which put forward strict requirements for medical health behavior,the adverse medical ethics,patient-centered fierce opposition,responsible for the patients with rigorous work attitude,such as ease of our modern doctor-patient relationship,the construction of harmonious medical environment,medical behavior on the cultivation of medical ethics,medical students,art education has an important guiding significance.Sift in neijing related paper about medical ethics thoughts,and systematically and scientifically absorb,set up with characteristic of Chinese traditional medical ethics of modern medical ethics,not only has the theoretical significance of The Times,more accord with clinical significance(practice)in today’s China’s national conditions.更多还原
