轴向柱塞泵性能分析与综合评价研究

【摘要】 液压泵作为液压系统的动力源,在工程机械中得到了广泛的应用,对液压泵性能测试及评价方法提出了新的要求。本论文对某型号泵进行性能仿真研究,并利用试验台进行了性能测试,根据仿真分析和试验,提出了一种轴向柱塞泵性能综合评价方法。论文建立了轴向柱塞泵的仿真模型,利用AMESim液压仿真平台进行了仿真分析,研究了液压泵的压力、流量和效率等变量特性。设计了轴向柱塞泵液压试验台,并利用试验台对相同型号的柱塞泵进行了对比测试试验,对测试数据进行对比分析,结合仿真结果,对液压泵进行了综合评价。基于层次分析法,提出了一种对轴向柱塞泵进行性能综合评价的方法,建立了轴向柱塞泵综合评价模型,利用统计学方法中的和积法,分析求得了各级指标的影响权重,通过一致性检验方法判断权重的适用性。结合某台液压泵的测试结果,可以对该泵进行综合性能评价。基于C#平台,开发了轴向柱塞泵综合评价软件系统,实现了综合评价影响权重的自动计算,完成了轴向柱塞泵的综合性能的自动评价。

【Abstract】 Hydraulic pump as a hydraulic system power source,in the construction machinery has been widely used in the performance test of hydraulic pump and evaluation methods put forward new requirements. In this paper, a performance simulation of a model pump is carried out, and a performance test is carried out using a test bed. According to the simulation analysis and experiment,a comprehensive evaluation method of axial piston pump performance is proposed.In this paper,the simulation model of the axial piston pump is established,and the numerical simulation of the pressure, flow and efficiency of the hydraulic pump is carried out by using the AMESim hydraulic simulation platform.The hydraulic test rig of axial piston pump is designed and the same type of piston pump is tested and tested. The test data are compared and analyzed, and the hydraulic pump is evaluated synthetically.Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a method of comprehensive evaluation of axial piston pump is proposed, and a comprehensive evaluation model of axial piston pump is established. By using the sum product method in statistical method, Affect the weight, through the consistency test method to determine the applicability of the weight. Combined with a hydraulic pump test results,the pump can be a comprehensive performance evaluation.Based on the C # platform, a comprehensive evaluation software system of axial piston pump was developed, which realized the automatic calculation of the weight of the comprehensive evaluation and completed the automatic evaluation of the comprehensive performance of the axial piston pump.
