【摘要】 关于恶臭气体处理的相关要求日趋严格,对恶臭污染的研究也越来越受到重视,在项目环境影响评价中,恶臭气体的监测与评价成为不可回避的重要指标。抚顺石化公司炼油企业恶臭气体处理工业化成套技术开发与现场应用试验装置工程总承包EPC (Engineer,Procure,Construct)项目为蓝本,(以下简称EPC)主要研究和探讨EPC项目运营成本控制问题,建立了成本管理,优化了成本控制对策及实施方案。文章第一部分主要针对本文背景和研究意义做了阐述,主要针对本论文的主要研究的思想路线和方向进行了详细概括,最终落实了文章研究路线和主要方法。第二章研究课题的相关基础理论概述,介绍成本管理、成本控制、成本管理过程等相关理论和方法及国内外研究综述。第三章分析抚顺EPC项目建设期运营管理现状。介绍了恶臭治理工程项目的相关工艺流程以及对本项目的一些成本管理标准。第四章阐述了抚顺恶臭治理工程项目的前期可行性研究阶段的成本管理分析以及在设计阶段的成本管理研究。第五章优化EPC项目运营成本控制的对策。综合梳理了本项目在采购阶段的成本管理控制和在施工过程中对间接成本费用和直接成本费用以及最终结算的成本管理控制。本文阐述了在可研阶段如何做到成本控制,在设计阶段如何做到的成本控制,在采购阶段如何做到的成本控制,在施工阶段如何做到的成本控制。说明了成本管理和控制的基本理论和基本原则,分析了 EPC项目运营成本管理现状,阐述了 EPC项目的运营成本控制是一个不可或缺的成本管理内容,通过课题研究能够唤起和加深企业和项目管理者对项目运营成本方面的重视程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 About the stench gas processing increasingly strict, the requirements of the relevant study of stench pollution is becoming more and more attention, in the project environmental impact assessment, the stench gas monitoring and evaluation to become inevitable.Fushun petrochemical company refinery stench gas processing complete sets of technology development of industrialization and field application test apparatus engineering general contracting EPC (Engineer, Procure, Construct)on project (hereinafter referred to as EPC) research and discusses the issue of EPC project operation cost control, cost management is established, the optimization of the cost control measures and implementation plan.Article the first part mainly aimed at to the background and research significance, this paper mainly aims at the ideological line of the main research of this paper and the direction are summarized in detail, finally to carry out the route and the main ways of the article. The second chapter related basic theoretical overview of the research topic, introduces the cost management, cost control, cost management process and other related theories and methods and the research both at home and abroad. The third chapter analysis of Fushun EPC project construction operation management present situation. Introduces the related technological process of the project is a stench treatment as well as some of the cost of this project management standards.The fourth chapter expounds the Fushun stench governance the preliminary feasibility study stage of the project cost management analysis, and in the design phase of the cost management research. The fifth chapters optimize EPC project operation cost control countermeasures. Comprehensive combed the this item in the purchase phase of the cost control and management in construction process of indirect costs and direct cost and the cost of the final settlement cost management control. This article expounds how to do the cost control in the feasibility study stage, how to do during the design phase of cost control, how to do in procurement phase of cost control, how to do cost control in construction phase. Illustrates the basic theory and basic principles of cost management and control, operating cost management present situation analysis of the EPC project, this paper expounds the operation of EPC project cost control is an indispensable content of cost management, through the research can arouse and enterprises and project managers about the importance of project operation cost.更多还原
