水煤浆提浓技术的应用及对气化炉运行效率的影响

【摘要】 水煤浆是兴起于上世纪70年代的一种新型煤基清洁燃料,基于我国独特的能源结构水煤浆技术发展非常迅速。水煤浆气化技术因其清洁、高效等优点被煤化工行业广泛采用,对水煤浆的提浓改性研究是水煤浆应用的热点话题。水煤浆是一种由煤粉、水和添加剂组成的具有良好流变性和稳定性的煤基流体,煤种组成、粒度分布和添加剂选择严重影响着水煤浆品质和性能。本文主要从褐煤提质改性、调整煤种掺配、高浓煤浆掺配、优化水煤浆粒度分布、复配添加剂等方面进行了水煤浆提浓应用研究。对褐煤的成浆浓度、流变特性和稳定性进行深入研究分析,对褐煤进行了脱水改性研究,并将其与神华长焰煤按比例进行了掺混制浆尝试并得到了较好的制浆效果。在其基础上我们尝试了高发热量、低灰分、含水量低的红石峡煤炭与神华长焰煤的掺混研究,并应用于实际生产。对高压均质机所制备高浓煤浆进行了性能分析,并完成了高浓煤浆掺混实验室小试。参照双峰级配理论对水煤浆粒度分布进行了优化调整,其中分级研磨技术已投用生产,能够较好的改善水煤浆粒度分布并提高煤浆浓度。超细煤粉掺配技术采用阳泉煤粉提高水煤浆细粒子比例,生产装置已成功完成试开车测试。本文分别以萘和木质素磺酸钙为原料成功合成了 β-萘磺酸钠甲醛缩合物及磺化木质素磺酸钙两种水煤浆添加剂,并对两类添加剂进行了复配研究。该系列复配添加剂既能保证水煤浆浓度又能降低粘度,其中HS-1水煤浆添加剂已投入生产应用。本文对高浓水煤浆投入应用后气化效率进行了分析,并对气化炉烧嘴进行了优化改造。

【Abstract】 Coal water slurry(CWS)is a novel clean liquid fuels and rise in the last century in 70s.Thanks to the unique energy structure of our country,the development of coal water slurry technology is very rapid.Coal water slurry gasification technology has been widely used in coal chemical industry because of its advantages such as clean,high efficiency and so on.The research of concentrate and the modification for water coal slurry has became hot spots.Coal water slurry is a kind of coal based fluid which is composed of coal powder,water and appropriate amount of chemical additives.The coal water slurry have good rheology and stability.The coal species,particle size distribution and additives significant influence the quality and performance of coal water slurry.In this paper,applied research mainly from lignite quality modification,adjustment of coal blending,high concentration slurry blending,optimization of coal water slurry particle size distribution,mix additives has carried on the CWS.The research of the slurryability,rheological characteristics and stability of coal water slurries.Lignite for the dehydration of modification,and with the shenhua coal in proportion to the mixing pulping got good pulping effect.On the basis of its we tried high calorific value,low ash,low moisture content of hongshixia coal and shenhua coal blending research,The research applied to practical production.For high concentration coal slurry preparation by high pressure homogenizer for performance analysis,and completed the high concentration coal slurry mixing experimentsReference to the bimodal distribution theory of coal water slurry particle size distribution is optimized adjustment,including classifying grinding technology has been putting-in-service proactively production,can better improve coal water slurry particle size distribution and concentration of coal slurry.Ultrafine pulverized coal blending technology use yangquan coal increase proportion of fine particles,coal water slurry production device has been successfully completed test.In this paper,respectively with naphthalene and calcium lignosulphonate as raw materials was synthesized successfully β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation compound and two kinds of coal water slurry additive sulfonated lignin sulfonic acid calcium,and the study on the distribution of two kinds of additives.This series of compound additive can reduce the viscosity of coal water slurry and concentration can be ensured.The HS-1 additive has already been put into operation.In this paper,the gasification efficiency of high concentration coal water slurry was analyzed and gasifier burner were optimized.
