智能仓储系统关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 自动化立体仓库是集物料搬运和仓储科学为一体的一门综合科学技术工程,由于它具有节省劳动力,作业迅速准确,提高保管效率,降低物流费用等优越性,因此受到了广泛的重视。它是工厂物流、柔性制造系统和计算机集成制造系统中不可或缺的重要组成部分,是现代仓储系统满足自动化、智能化、信息化的重要因素。随着自动化立体仓库的广泛应用,人们对自动化立体仓库系统提出了越来越多的要求,例如:希望与企业现有系统集成,实现资源的优化配置;提高出入库调度的合理性、实时性以及智能化程度;借助计算机网络技术实现立体仓库的信息化管理,避免信息孤岛现象的出现。然而,目前的仓储管理与控制系统很难应对这些挑战,现有的仓储管理与控制系统在可扩展性、可集成性、可维护性、智能性等方面仍需进一步研究与开发。本文为了能提高自动化立体仓库出入库作业的效率,实现自动化立体仓库管理和控制系统(WMCS)高可靠、易扩展、可复用的目标,提出了基于面向服务体系(SOA)架构的WMCS框架模型。在实际工程应用中表明,该模型有效的解决了库位分配、作业任务调度、仓储设备故障诊断等影响出入库作业效率问题,降低了企业的开发和后期维护成本。本论文的主要研究内容包括:(1)基于SOA的仓储管理和监控系统的架构面向服务是Internet环境下的一种新型软件架构理念,即通过集成分布的服务构建软件。研究基于SOA(Service-oriented Architecture)下的仓储管理和监控系统应用框架建模、业务流程建模及组合服务建模,确保软件的分布式重用和敏捷集成。(2)智能化仓储作业的决策与控制优化针对自动化立体仓库的出入库作业问题,研究ERP集成环境下的库位分配、作业排序(Sequencing)算法;分析仓储设备批量作业(Batching)的策略;仓储作业故障分析与处理等,从而实现仓储作业的智能、高效执行。(3)B/S模式下的仓储作业过程及库存监控在B/S(Browser/Server)浏览器/服务器模式结构下,设计RIA(Rich Internet Application)丰富型互联网应用程序。基于最新的WPF可视化技术,监视作业现场仓库库存状态、设备运行情况和故障状态,实现物料的可视化管理和设备的故障预警;基于先进的WCF通讯技术,控制仓储设备进行出入库、转库、拣选等相关作业,实现便捷、高效的作业控制。(4)ERP/WMS/WCS系统集成技术的研究针对企业不同的资源配置,研究仓库管理系统(WMS)与不同ERP系统的开放式接口集成,开发相应的工具集;基于统一数据库模型,研究仓库管理系统(WMS)和仓库控制系统(WCS)集成,实现管理和监控的统一。WMCS系统在企业的工程应用表明,可以有效的提高仓储作业的效率和智能性,降低了企业的管理成本及二次开发费用。
【Abstract】 Automated warehouse,also known as AS/RS(Automatic Storage&Retrieval System,AS/RS),is a discipline of material-handling and storage of science.It has received extensive attention for its labor-saving,quickly and accurately working,efficiency and low logistics costs and other advantages.It is an important component of factory logistics,flexible manufacturing system and Computer integrated manufacturing system.It has increasingly become an important factor to make the modern logistics system automation,intelligence and information:With the extensive application of automated warehouse,it is more and more required,such as:integration with existing enterprise systems to achieve the optimal allocation of resources,reasonable storage scheduling,real-time and intelligence,the use of computer network technology to achieve automated warehouse’s information management and to avoid the phenomenon of information silos appearing.However,the current warehouse management and control systems are difficult to respond to these challenges facing the enterprise,because they are poor in integration,maintainability and intelligence.In this paper,to improve the efficiency of storage and retrieval of Automated Warehouse and achieve the target of high reliability,reusability and scalability of Warehouse Management and Control System(WMCS),A WMCS framework model based on Service Oriented Architecture is established.In the actual application shows that the model can effectively address the problem of the efficiency of storage and retrieval of Automated Warehouse affected by storage assignment,task scheduling and equipment fault diagnosis,and reduces the enterprise development and the later maintenance cost.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Architecture of warehouse management and control system based on SOAService-oriented is a new concept of software architecture in the Internet environment.It is a technology of building software by integrated distribution services.To ensure that the distributed software reuse and agile integration,It is necessary to study Warehouse management and control systems under the SOA(Service-oriented Architecture)framework for modeling,business process modeling and portfolio service modeling.(2)Intelligent warehousing operations decision-making and control optimizationTo dissolve problems of Storage&Retrieval operations in the automated warehouse,stock assigning and Scheduling(Sequencing)algorithm need to study.The analysis of storage equipment to batch jobs(Batching)strategy and fault analysis and processing also help to achieve warehousing operations smart,efficient implementation.(3)Warehousing operations process and inventory control under the B/S modeUnder the mode of B/S(Browser/Server),RIA(Rich Internet Application)rich Internet applications are designed.Based on the latest WPF visualization technology,monitoring job-site warehouse inventory status,equipment operation and fault conditions can realize the visualization of materials management and equipment failure warning.The advanced WCF communication technology makes the control of Storage&Retrieval convenient and efficient.(4)ERP/WMS/WCS system integration technologiesResearch on warehouse management systems(WMS)with different ERP systems integration and development and the corresponding set of tools urgently needed.Based on a unified database model,it is necessary to study the warehouse management system(WMS)and warehouse control system(WCS)to achieve the unity of management and monitoring.Actual application shows that WMCS can effectively address the problem of the efficiency of storage and retrieval of Automated Warehouse and reduces the enterprise development and the later maintenance cost.
