【摘要】 中国城市飞速发展是经济增涨增的巨大推动力,这是社会发展的必然结果。但粗放型发展模式破坏自然环境与人类社会间的平衡状态,引发环境问题。据统计中国62%的城市经历过城市内涝,内涝严重影响人居环境安全。如何利用城市内部系统截留雨水、缓解内涝成为当下热门议题,人们在反思如何保障城市水安全,也将更多的目光投向古城,研究古代城市防洪排涝基础设施规划与设计,以期为城市修复与修补带来新思路。黄泛平原城市洪涝适应性景观是顺应黄河长期泛滥而形成的,今日黄河不再泛滥,洪涝适应性景观依然发挥作用。文章以商丘归德古城为研究对象,研究影响归德古城洪涝适应性景观模式构成、形成原因、景观功能并对其进行分析,总结出归德古城形成了城堤、城墙、城湖防洪系统,构成了妥善利用地形高差、建设高密度排水管网、开挖大体量护城湖并与自然水系紧密衔接的“小城市+大水面”景观模式,分析出此模式拥有高效率低成本的优势与地域性局限的劣势。归德古城洪涝适应性景观经验对当下城市水环境构建有启示作用,在汲取古老经验的基础上,结合当下可持续发展理论、海绵城市概念与绿色基础设施概念,拓展延伸洪涝适应性景观规划理念,以顺因自然、尊重环境的思想规划建设可持续城市水系空间、可持续城市调蓄空间,改善城市下垫面,还原城市水循环,改善城市景观、构建健康的城市水环境,为可持续的城市水环境构提出建议与新观点,也为恢复健康的城市生态模式拓宽新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Chinese city speed of development rapidly,it`s the inevitable result of social development.But extensive management style disequilibrate the balance between natural environment and human society,this way priming the environmental problems.According to the statistics,62% of cities in China were gone through the urban waterlog disaster,urban waterlog have a strong impact on the safe of humanism inhabitation and waste rain resources.How to entrapped rainfall and remit urban waterlog disaster by urban internal system become the social focus,the mass introspection how to protect the urban water security,meanwhile,significant attention on ancient cities.Research the plain and designof ancient cities flood control and drainage infrastructure,in order to take new idea for city repair and mending.The flood adaptive landscapes of plain area of Yellow Rive city was taken shape by conforming to nature.Nowadays,Yellow Rive ins`t nundation any more,but the flood adaptive landscapes still turn round,it has a strong affect on built the urban water system and urban water civilization.The paper study object is Guide ancient city,according to fieldwork,documentary study and contrastive analysis,study on forming causes,component factors and function with Guide ancient city flood adaptive landscapes,make the SWOT analysis of the it.Put forward the”big surface+small city ” landscape model which include to make use of the terrain carefully,built high-density drainage network,excavate big city lake and make cohesion with the river.According to the analysis obtain the results that the landscape model have advantage and disadvantage,there low cost,high efficiency and regional limitation.The experience of the flood adaptive landscapes of Guide ancient city have enlightenment on city water environment built.The people should extension the flood adaptive landscapes idea base on the old experience and combination with Sustainable Development theory,Sponge city theory,Green Infrastructure concept.Panning the sustainable unbar water system and unbar storage space by the way of submissive the nature,in order to improve unbar underlying surface,restore the unbar water circulation,ameliorate unbar landscape and structure the healthy unbar water environment.Meanwhile,taking new ideas for panning the sustainable unbar water environment and broaden new thinking for restoring the healthy city eco-environment.更多还原
