YS公司医药供应链管理优化研究

【摘要】 中国医药行业近年来发展迅猛,医药流通企业却进入微利时代,传统的医药经营模式急需改变,医药流通企业转型升级刻不容缓。与国际发达国家相比,我国医药流通行业普通存在集中度低、流通成本高、物流信息技术和供应链管理应用程度落后等问题。随着全球经济的发展,供应链管理作为一种新型的业务模式,具有增加企业竞争力的极大潜力。医药供应链管理已经成为众多医药企业关注的焦点,有效的开展现代物流和供应链管理是企业降低成本、提高客户满意度和保持企业核心竞争力的重要手段,更成为企业转型升级的利器。本文以YS公司为研究主体,运用供应链管理理论,从YS公司供应链管理现状出发,针对YS公司供应链管理中存在的问题,分析总结产生的原因。用供应链管理的思想从供应链信息流、资金流和物流三要素来设计供应链优化方案,即结合医疗机构供应链管理的特点和需求,提出通过向医疗机构提供包括信息化延伸服务、物流延伸服务和运营管理延伸服务在内的供应链延伸与增值服务来优化YS公司的供应链管理。通过向医疗机构提供延伸服务,打通YS公司供应链,实现供应链上信息流、资金流以及物流的有序顺畅流动,改变YS公司因医疗机构资金占用、信息壁垒等造成的供应链整体效率降低的局面,帮助企业通过供应链优化,提升核心竞争力。本文为YS公司供应链优化方案的顺利实施提出实施保障,并对实施效果进行了分析,验证了供应链管理优化的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Pharmaceuticals industry in China is developing rapidly in recent years,however,the pharmaceutical commercial enterprise has entered into low profit era;thus,the traditional pharmaceutical business pattern is badly in need of change,it is urgent to transform and upgrade the pharmaceutical commercial enterprise.Compared with the developed countries,our pharmaceutical commercial enterprise has the disadvantage of low concentration degree,high circulation cost,outdated logistics information technology and supply chain management application etc.With the development of global economy,supply chain management has the great potential to increase enterprise competitiveness as a new business model.Pharmaceutical supply chain management has attracted the focus of many pharmaceutical enterprises,developing modern logistics and supply chain management are important mean for the enterprise to reduce costs,improve customer satisfaction and maintain enterprise’s core competitiveness,it has also become the sharp tool for enterprises’ transformation and upgrading.This article sets YS company as research subject and applies supply chain management theory,it starts from the current situation of YS company’s supply chain management and focus on the existing problem in order to analyze and summary the cause.It adopts the supply chain concept to design the optimum proposal through the three elements which are supply chain information flow,capital flow and logistics;It also means combining with the characteristics and needs of the supply chain management of medical institutions so as to offer the medical institutions with supply chain extended and value-added services which including information,logistics and operation management extended services to optimize YS company’s supply chain management.By offering extended services to medical institutions for the purpose of getting through to YS company’s supply chain,realizing the orderly flow of supply chain information flow,logistics and capital flow,changing the situation of reduced overall efficiency caused by medical institutions funds occupation and information barriers etc.,and helping enterprise enhance core competitiveness through the supply chain optimization.This article puts forward implementation guarantee for the successful execution of YS company’s supply chain optimum proposal,it analyzes the implementation effect and verifies objective of supply chain management optimization.更多还原
