【摘要】 高新技术产业的发展过程中高精密传动技术的发展已经成为了世界为之瞩目的焦点,RV传动具有体积小、回差小、刚度高、寿命长等优点,是高精密传动的典型产品。本文通过对RV传动的构型进行机构学分析,首次利用拓扑学理论运用到RV传动中,同时构建了 RV传动的拓扑图库,提出了运用机构方案创新方法中的TRIZ理论对其传动结构进行分析,得到了新的构型RV永磁传动,并对其结构与工作原理进行了验证与分析。通过运用拓扑学中图论的方法对RV传动的机构进行拓扑图的绘制,并成功绘制得到RV传动的拓扑图,对其拓扑图进行拓扑演化和反演并建立图库,并提供了演化与反演的详细方法,得到了全部的RV传动构型的变化图谱,为将来的结构优化设计和构型的创新设计奠定了基础。首次利用TRIZ理论对RV传动进行了分析,为RV传动的创新设计提供了理论基础,利用TRIZ中的矛盾矩阵和物—场分析原理对RV传动的现有构型进行了分析并在40个发明原理和76个标准解中寻找解决方案,最终得到一种新型的传动方式RV永磁传动。这种新型的传动方式引入了永磁齿轮的概念,并对其结构和工作原理进行了分析与验证,对RV永磁传动的各结构进行参数的建立和分析,验证可行性,并与RV传动进行对比,分析新结构的优点和不足。将新构型与拓扑图谱进行结合,从而得到新构型的一系列结构,为后续的研发提供了方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of high precision transmission technology development process of high-tech industry has become the world’s focus,RV transmission has the advantages of small volume,low return difference,high rigidity,long service life etc,is the typicalproducts of high precision transmission.This paper based on the analysis of the transmission mechanism of RV configuration,the topology theory is applied to the RV drive,and constructs the topology database of RV transmission,the innovation mechanism of TRIZ theory was used to analyze the transmission structure,successfully configuration RV new permanent magnetic drive,and the structure andthe principle of verification and analysis.To draw the topology by using topology graph on RV transmission mechanism,anddraw the topology RV drive,topology evolution and inversion of the topology and the establishment of library,and provides a detailed method of evolution andinversion,change of RV transmission configuration are obtained,for the futurestructure optimization and innovation design of configuration to Lay the foundation.The first use of TRIZ theory on RV transmission are analyzed,providing a theoretical foundation for the innovative design of RV transmission,analyzed andsolved in 40 invention principles and 76 standard solutions for scheme using TRIZ contradiction matrix and substance field analysis principle of RV drive currentconfiguration,finally get a transmission the new way of RV permanent magneticdrive.Transmission of this new concept of permanent magnetic gear,and the structure and working principle is analyzed and validated,and the establishment and analysis of the structure of RV permanent magnetictransmission parameters,verify the feasibility,and the results were compared with RV transmission,it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the new structure.The new configurationand topology maps are combined,resulting in a series of new structural configuration,provides the direction for the follow-up research and development.更多还原
