【摘要】 在沈阳城市的发展历程中,近代中短短一百余年的历史,却是沈阳工业化和城市化进程中最浓墨重彩的一笔。城市的规模在以老城区板块的基础上不断扩大,向外衍生出新的城市空间,并最终形成了多个在城市形态和城市市政管理上都具有相对独立性的“城市板块”。近代沈阳城是从传统的的老城区板块,逐渐扩张出包括商埠地、“满铁”附属地、大东-西北工业区、铁西工业区等五大城区的城市。这些城区之间不但发展时间相互重叠,每个城市板块内部都有自已的一套相对完整的发展体系,而且各城市板块空间和建筑特征异常鲜明。这些城市板块各自都有着有着不同的城市形态,不同的功能属性,不同的发展历程,这些不同的板块的发展都是沈阳近代城市演变史不可或缺的一部分。完善关于近代沈阳城市板块化发展的历史资料可以对近代沈阳城市板块化发展研究以及板块之间的联系的研究空缺进行补充。也可以对沈阳城市形态形成的发展研究的提供支持,使得沈阳近代建筑史研究的历史资料得到详细的完善和整理,填补相关研究领域的资料空缺。通过近代沈阳城市板块化发展研究,也可以为其他有着类似城市形态的城市提供相关的借鉴,解决城市中存在的相似的问题。本文立足于科学发展的视角,从近代沈阳的各个城市板块入手,对各大板块的成因和发展以及各自板块的城市空间特点进行了分析,并根据在沈阳近代城市板块格局发展中体现出的特性,即各个板块独立发展最后趋向整合对城市发展过程中暴露出的问题进行比较分析,并总结归纳,探寻对沈阳未来城市建设思路的展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shenyang,is a city with a long history,after the construction of several dynasties,and eventually developed into a central city in the Northeast region.In the course of development of Shenyang City,modern in just one hundred years of history,is Shenyang industrialization and urbanization process in the most splendid.At that time,the international advanced urban planning concept is introduced to promote the urban space,cultural,political and economic reform and innovation.The scale of the city is expanding constantly on the basis of the old city plate,which is derived from the new urban space,and has formed a number of relatively independent "urban plate in the urban form and urban management".In modern times,the Shenyang City is from the traditional old city blocks,the gradual expansion including the commercial port,Manchuria Railway accessorily,Dadong-Northwest Industrial Zone,Tiexi Industrial Zone five big city.Not only the development of the time overlap between these cities,each city plate internal have their own set of relatively complete system of development,and the city space and the construction of the city plate.Each of these cities plate has a different urban form,different functional properties,different development process,the development of these different plates are an integral part of the history of modern Shenyang city.The improvement of the historical materials of the modern Shenyang’s urban development can be a supplement to the study of the development of Shenyang’s urban plate and the connection between the plate and the plate.It can also provide support for the development of Shenyang urban form,which makes the research on the history of Shenyang modern architectural history and the historical data has been improved.Through the study of the development of the modern Shenyang city plate,it can provide reference for other similar cities.This paper is based on the scientific development perspective,from the various cities in Shenyang plate,the cause and development of each plate,and the characteristics of the city space,and according to the characteristics of each plate in Shenyang modern urban development,which have their own independent development,and the phenomenon of mutual coordination,and summarized the problems of Shenyang’s future urban construction ideas.更多还原
