基于云计算的医疗随访系统研究与实现

【摘要】 近年来,医院的信息化建设发展迅猛,各种业务系统相继建成。但由于目前国内的医院都是围绕以管理为中心的业务系统的建设,导致当前院后医患服务信息化较为薄弱,特别是近几年伤医事件的频发说明院后医患沟通平台的建设迫在眉睫。如何改变医院存在的上述问题,已成为当前数字化医院建设的一项重要内容。云计算作为互联网医疗背景下快速发展的技术,已经引起了国内外各医院的高度关注。本文通过对117医院传统随访工作进行全面梳理,设计和开发了一套基于云计算的医疗随访系统,取得了比较满意的效果。基于云计算的医疗随访系统应用RDS服务、系统双活服务等技术为系统提供了延续性的保障,节约了投资成本,降低了管理难度。引入标准的HL7中间件技术,使得数据具有透明性、兼容异构数据源、可实现系统内各子系统及模块间的数据融合及工作流协同,减少系统间的耦合。应用双SLB架构、3DES加密算法、DMZ、公钥私钥加密处理等相关技术保障系统的网络、数据、系统安全。按照面向对象的思想,采用JAVA EE开发工具完成了Web端程序的编写与测试,使用IOS与android开发了手机端应用。基于云计算的医疗随访系统不仅有效的解决了医院院后医患缺乏沟通的问题,而且为医院进一步实现全面云医疗奠定了基础,适应了医院信息化长期发展的需求。对区域云医疗的建设具有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In recent years,hospital information construction is developing rapidly and various operation systems have been built.But because in current,domestic hospitals are constructed surrounding the management-centric business systems,leading to the weaker hospital medical service information,especially in recent years,the event that many doctors injured indicates that the construction of hospital-patient communication platform is imminent.How to solve the above problems existing in the hospital has become an important content to the current digital hospital construction.As the technology that is developing rapidly in the context of Internet medical,cloud computing has aroused great concern at home and abroad hospitals.On the basis of through comprehensive combing 117 hospital follow-up work,this paper development to design and develop a set of cloud-based medical follow-up system,which has achieved a satisfactory effect.The cloud-based medical follow-up system applies RDS services,dual system services and other technologies to provide continuity for the system,as well as saves investment costs and reduces the difficulty of management.The introduction of standard HL7 middleware technology makes the data is transparent and compatible with heterogeneous data sources,so as to achieve data fusion and workflow collaboration between subsystems and modules within the system,and reduce the coupling between systems.The application of dual SLB architecture,3DES encryption algorithm,DMZ,public key private key encryption and other related technologies can make sure that the network,data,system of system are safe.According to object-oriented thinking,Using JAVA EE development tools to complete the write and test of the entire WEB program and using IOS and android to develop mobile phone applications.medical follow-up system based on cloud computing are not only solve the problems that hospital doctors and patients are lack of communication,but also lay the foundation for the hospital to further achieve a comprehensive cloud medical,which adapts to the long-term development demand of hospital information,as well as has certain reference value for the construction of regional cloud medicine.
