【摘要】 奥斯卡金像奖的评选作为影坛盛事备受世界瞩目,从对好莱坞电影工业的单一神经到如今成为世界电影产业的发展方向,其评选机制的运行与艺术价值的考量已然成为世界范围内电影产业的风向标,奥斯卡的艺术之光也尽其所能辐射到所有致力于电影产业发展的国度。奥斯卡金像奖自设立以来,最佳影片奖无疑是诸多奖项中是最具含金量的奖项。从入围初选到颁奖之时的最佳与提名之分,提名中有重在参与的陪跑影片也有实力相当的优秀作品。经过残酷投票,新鲜出炉的最佳影片往往还是有口碑保障的。为了探究最佳影片的艺术魅力,对其艺术标准的深入分析。因此,我们立足于奥斯卡评选机制下最佳影片与提名影片的比较研究,进行对比阐明奥斯卡最佳影片独特的艺术价值、核心竞争力和美学尺度。当前国内外学者对奥斯卡金像奖的研究往往聚焦在获奖影片的分析,忽略提名影片的存在就容易出现研究过于片面化的问题,于是大众对奥斯卡艺术的理解滞于表面。深刻思辨奥斯卡艺术的精神内蕴,具体而言就是更为系统化地审视最佳影片这一奖项的评选。笔者围绕奥斯卡评奖机制,从影片内在主题与外在表现形式作为对比重点,并结合受众在票房上的反馈对评奖机制的运行背景再作补充。笔者更希望在奥斯卡艺术精神的探索中对中国电影产业实现全球化的发展提供参考。我国电影市场日益繁荣,但繁荣背后真正的赢家少之又少。本项研究对于提升中国电影质量,增强国家文化软实力提供了可行性策略。中国电影对商业利益大肆开掘,很多作品习惯于对观众的浅表观影进行刺激,种种乱象导致中国电影的生态环境日趋恶劣。而奥斯卡的成功之道则是坚守人文关怀,进而实现商业与艺术并重,国产电影发展亟需借鉴其成功之道。第一部分:对奥斯卡金像奖的评奖机制进行全方位的梳理,将其中各个评奖环节以及人员构成等多个方面来解读奥斯卡金像奖,其中最佳影片与提名影片的对比则集中在提名与获奖的频率上。第二部分:结合代表性作品进行最佳影片与提名影片的比较,首先从最为明显的影片的主题进行对比,再结合影片的叙事、表演、镜头语言等其他方面进行比较,该部分作为研究重点。第三部分:奥斯卡最佳影片与提名影片的票房比较,从商业价值的层面讨论二者的差异性,再从受众角度来分析最佳与提名的差距所在。第四部分:对奥斯卡金像奖的提名机制进行反思。奖项的评选向来受到各方的影响,那么在获奖结果公布前后的受众反应、营销策略等来看评选机制的利与弊。第五部分:结语。更多还原

【Abstract】 The appraisal of Oscar Awards has always taken the world’s attention.It is no longer affected the single nerve of Hollywood film industry,whose operation and the consideration of artery value of the selection mechanism has become the world’s film industry benchmark.Oscar art light also do its best to radiate all the film industry committed to the development of the country.Since Oscar Awards’ inception,the best film Award is undoubtedly the most golden awards among many awards.From the finalists to the best and nominated films of the award ceremony,the nominated films participating in the running of award also have a very good reputation.After brutal voting,the freshly voted best film,often has gained public praise.In order to explore the artistic charm of the best film,make in-depth analysis of its artistic standards,therefore,based on the comparative study of the best film and nominated film under the Oscar selection mechanism,we aims to compare the unique artistic value,core competitiveness and aesthetic standards of Oscar best films.At present,domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the Oscar Academy Awards are often focused on the analysis of award-winning films,ignoring the existence of the nominated film,which will be easy to study one-sided problems,then the public understanding of Oscar stagnation will stay on the surface.Profoundly thinking about the spirit of Oscar art,in particular,is a more systematic review of the selection of best film award.The author focuses on the Oscar awards mechanism,analyzes from the film’s internal theme and external manifestations,as a contrastive focus,combined with the feedback from audience at the box office on the evaluation mechanism,to complement the operational background.I hope that the exploration in the Oscar art spirit can provide a reference for the global development of China’s film industry.China’s film market is booming,but the real winners behind the prosperity are rare.This study provides feasible strategies for improving the quality of Chinese films and enhancing the soft power of national culture.Chinese film’s mining vigorously the commercial interests makes many works tend to stimulus audience’ superficial movie-watching.All kinds of chaos led to the Chinese film’s ecological environment getting worse.The Oscar’s success is to adhere to humanistic care,and further achieve both commerce and art.The development of domestic film needs to learn from its success.Part Ⅰ: Make a full range of arrangement to the award-selection mechanism of Oscar Awards.Interpret the Oscar Awards from each link and personnel composition and other aspects.Make the comparison between the best films and nominated films concentrated in the frequency of the nomination and winning.Part Ⅱ : combined with the comparison of the best films and the nominated films.Firstly,compare from the most obvious theme of the films,then contrast them combined with the film’s narrative,performance,lens language and other aspects of comparison.The part is a research focus.Part Ⅲ: compare the box office of Oscar best films and nominated films comparison,discuss the difference between the two from the commercial value level,and then analyze the gap between the best and nominated films from the audience’s points of view.Part Ⅳ: Reflect on the nomination mechanism of the Oscar Awards.The selection of awards has always been affected by all parties,then figure out the pros and cons of the selection mechanism of the award results and marketing strategy before and after the announcement of the audience response.Part Ⅴ: Conclusion.更多还原
