【摘要】 随着医疗信息化的高速发展和移动互联网技术的广泛应用,医疗信息化建设迎来了新的发展模式,移动医疗已经成为医院信息化建设的重要部分。医院门诊信息化建设是医院信息化建设的重要组成部分,面对与日俱增的门诊量和有限的就诊空间,如何为患者提供便捷的服务是所有医院管理者需要考虑的问题。本文以移动互联网为核心,针对医院门诊管理的实际需求,采用软件工程方法设计与实现了一个基于Android系统的医院门诊手机APP。通过与医院信息系统对接,实现了预约挂号、个人缴费、查看报告单、就诊评价等主要功能。首先用户可以直接在手机应用数据库中查询医院介绍、科室介绍、专家介绍等基础数据;其次,用户经过Web Service访问HIS数据库,可以通过与HIS数据库的交互查询来获取相关诊疗数据;再次,系统后台使用了基于Web技术的SSH架构,实现了权限模块、支付模块、就诊评价模块、推送模块和咨询服务等功能,为管理员进行系统管理提供了方便;最后,在数据安全方面,本APP系统对访问URL、用户登录、数据库实例名和支付过程等重要操作采用加密算法进行了加密处理,有效地保证了系统数据安全。通过将该APP在医院门诊上的实际应用,极大地方便了患者就诊,有效地解决了患者挂号难的问题,同时也缓解了门诊导诊护士的工作压力。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of medical information technology and the wide application of mobile Internet technology,medical information construction has ushered in a new development model,mobile medical has become an important part of hospital information construction.The construction of hospital outpatient informatization is the important part of hospital information system.In the face of outpatient and limited treatment space to grow with each passing day,how to provide patients with convenient service is all hospital managers need to consider the problem.In this dissertation,the mobile Internet as the core,a hospital outpatient APP based on Android system is designed and implemented using software engineering methods according to the actual needs of hospital outpatient management.Through the docking with the hospital information system,the APP achieves an appointment registration,personal payment,check the report,medical evaluation and other major functions.First,users can directly query the database of the mobile phone application to obtain the hospital department introduction,experts and other basic data;Secondly,the user can obtain the relevant clinical data through the Web Service access to the HIS database and the interactive query in HIS database;Thirdly,the background system uses Web technology based on SSH architecture,has module pay,treatment module,evaluation module,push module and consulting services and other functions in order to provide convenience for the management of the system administrator;Finally,in terms of data security,the system uses the APP encryption algorithm for encryption processing of important operation,such as accessing the URL,user login,database instance name and payment process to effectively ensure the data security.Through the actual application of the APP in the hospital,which greatly facilitates the patient,effectively solves the difficult problem of patient registration,but also relieve the working pressure of nurses in outpatient guidance.更多还原
