【副题名】以博罗县为例

【摘要】 博罗县是地处粤北的农业大县,水利工程对我县农田灌溉具有举足轻重的作用。我县的小型水利工程,大都建设年代久,工程建设标准低,防渗率低,安全系数偏低,经过多年运行,老化损坏严重,田间节水工程滞后,用水无节制,水资源浪费严重,工程实际供水能力大为降低,由此导致全县很多农村工程性缺水问题比较普遍,严重制约了当地农业生产的发展,由此博罗县高标准农田水利工程建设被提上了日程。本工程的建设任务重、时间紧,建设外部环境处于一直不断变化之中,影响因素很多,给项目管理带来了一定的挑战,所以项目管理水平决定项目能否按时或提前发挥它的社会效益、经济效益、环境效益。在整个项目管理的三要素中,为了保证按时完工,进度管理显得尤其重要。编制科学、合理的进度计划并执行计划是保证工程按期完工的必要条件,作为工程的管理者检查监督进度计划的执行并协助解决问题是保证工程按期完工的重要手段。作者作为业主全程参与博罗县高标准农田水利工程项目建设管理,所以本文把已完工的该项目作为案例来研究,希望能为以后类似的工程管理提供借鉴。本文首先介绍了论文研究的背景、意义、方法和创新点;然后阐述了项目的概况及进度管理中出现的问题和影响因素;接着详述本项目进度计划的编制、执行并用列表比较法来检查监督计划的执行情况并对工程延期的因素进行了分析;最后给出了保障进度计划达到预期目标的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Boluo County is located in the agricultural counties in northern Guangdong,water conservancy projects in my county farmland irrigation plays a decisive role.My county’s small water conservancy project,most of the construction of a longtime,low standards of construction,low seepage rate,low safety factor,after years of operation serious damage to aging,field water-saving projects lag,water uncontrolled,serious water waste,The actual water supply capacity of the project is greatly reduced,which leads to a lot of rural engineering water shortage problem is more common,seriously hampered the development of local agricultural production Which Boluo County high standard farmland water conservancy construction was put on the agenda.The project construction task is heavy,time is tight,the construction of the external environment is constantly changing,many factors to the project management has brought some challenges,so the project management level determines whether the project on time or ahead of its social benefits,Economic benefits,environmental benefits.Throughout the project management of the three elements,in order to ensure the completion of time,schedule management is particularly important.The preparation of a scientific and reasonable schedule and implementation plan is a necessary condition for ensuring the completion of the project on schedule.It is an important means to ensure the completion of the project as a supervisor of the project to monitor the progress of the supervision schedule and to assist in solving the problem.As the owner of the whole process of participation in Boluo County high standard farmland water conservancy project construction management,so this article has completed the project as a case to study,hoping for future similar project management to provide reference.This paper first introduces the background,significance,method and innovation of the thesis.Then it expatiates on the general situation of the project and the problems and influencing factors in the progress management.Then,we will elaborate the preparation and implementation of the project schedule and check with the list comparison method The implementation of the monitoring plan and the analysis of the factors of non-project extension;Finally the measures to ensure that the progress plan to achieve the desired objectives.更多还原
