抚州电网需求侧管理及其应用研究

【摘要】 电力需求侧管理(Demand Side Management,简称DSM)让企业、用户通过建立电能精良化管理平台来管理企业自身的用电情况。企业能经过电能精良化管理平台对设备进行改造、对整体改进等技术措施,优化企业用电情况,即达到节能减排、既省电又省钱的目的。合理利用电力需求侧管理,可以调节电力供需间的矛盾。本文首先在概括DSM的理念、方法和特点的基础上总结国内外电力需求侧管理的研究,再通过分析所学的专业课知识如电力系统分析等,以及目前电力系统发电和电力供需的状况,从而列举和分析电力需求侧管理节能技术和管理技术水平。最后根据对抚州电网国民经济发展与企业用能情况,结合目前电力需求侧管理理论以及有关应用技术,构筑抚州供电公司在保障抚州电网可靠有序供电基础下的电力需求侧管理方案并总结对抚州地区进一步实施DSM的建议。

【Abstract】 Power demand side management(short for DSM),DSM allows enterprises and users to build power management platform to manage their own electricity consumption.Enterprises through the power of fine management platform for equipment transformation,the overall optimization of technical measures to improve their own electricity situation,so as to achieve energy-saving emission reduction,energy saving purposes.Power demand side management can adjust the contradiction between power supply and demand.This paper summarize the origin and the development of Demand Side Management and then expounds the basic conception of it.Through analyzing the professional knowledge and the demand of current power system,it lists and analyze the system of the typical management and energy-saving technologies.At last,according to the development of national economy and the energy situation of enterprise in Fu Zhou,the paper combine the theory of DSM and related application technology in order to build up a DSM program which can offer a reliable power supply situation and summarize the further suggestions of DSM in Fu Zhou.
