合金矿粒度自动检测系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 高炉炼铁是我国最主要的一种炼铁途径,原料在进入高炉之前,要先经过一步叫做烧结的工艺。在烧结之前,需先进行原料的制备。由于用于制备烧结原料的合金矿粒径大小不一,无法直接用于生产,故需要有一套粒度检测装置,可以快速地实现粒度的筛分。本文所述的合金矿粒度检测系统,就是一个可以实现多级筛分的装置。文章首先介绍了该检测装置的结构特点及工作原理,并对其中的关键技术作了相应的阐述。该装置上以三角形形式安装三台振动电机,通过采用单个或者多个不同的振动电机加以组合,以提供多种激振方式和工作程序,进而实现物料的筛分、剔卡和直线输送三种工序。通过对振动时间的调整,可以尽可能地提高筛分效率和速度。文章根据检测装置的工作原理,明确了实现各个工序的电气元件的动作顺序,选取了相应的控制元件,并编制了对应的控制程序。通过控制系统的设计,不仅可以实现系统的自动运行,也可以实现手动控制。自动控制,满足了工业生产现场对时间成本的要求,同时,手动控制方式方便工人对设备进行检修和维护。文章详细介绍了该检测系统的重要组成部分—称重系统。该系统中每一粒级的称重系统包含三只同型号、近似等边三角形分布的称重传感器。对该称重系统进行受力分析,建立了其数学模型,在simulink环境下,对系统在阶跃信号激励时进行了仿真分析。在新乡四达公司,模拟生产现场的实际状况,以重量的阶跃信号作为称重系统的激励,进行了大量的烧结球团实物试验。试验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性,得到了准确的采样时间,为编写物料采样程序提供了依据。文章最后介绍了控制页面的设计。本文中采用的是VB程序进行控制界面的设计,同时用VB编写了PLC与计算机通讯程序。在VB软件中,利用各种自带的控件可以快速地设计出界面友好的控制页面,同时提供了通讯控件—MSComm。该控件提供了一系列标准通信命令的接口,它允许建立串口连接,可以连接到其他通信设备(如Modem)。该检测系统可以满足多级筛分的要求,效率快,精度高,设计的控制系统运行稳定。

【Abstract】 Blast furnace ironmaking is one of the most important ways of iron making in China.Before entering the blast furnace,the raw material should go through a process called sintering.Because the shape of the alloy ore used for preparing the sintering raw material is different in size and can not be directly used for production,it is necessary to have a particle size detection device which can quickly realize the screening of the particle size.The alloy mineral particle size detection system described in this paper is a device capable of realizing multi-stage screening.This paper first introduces the structure and working principle of the device,and expounds the key technologies.Three vibrating motors are fixed on the device on the triangular form of installation,and by using single or the combination of multiple different vibration motors,it can provide a variety of exciting methods and procedures,then realizing three processes such as the material screening,eliminating plugging material and linear conveyor.By adjusting the vibration time,the screening efficiency and speed can be improved as much as possible.According to the working principle of the testing device,the action sequence of the electrical components is defined,the corresponding control elements are selected,and the corresponding control program is compiled.Through the design of the control system,it can not only realize the automatic operation of the system,but also realize the manual control.Automatic control primely meets the requirements for time and cost the industrial production site,at the same time,for workers the manner of manual control is help for facilitate equipment maintenance and maintenance.This paper introduces the important component of the detection system-weighing system.The weighing system of each grain grade of sintering pellets contains three weighing sensors of the same type,which is installed approximately in an equilateral triangle shape.In this paper,a mathematical model is established by analyzing the weighing system,and then the simulation is carried out with Simulink under the excitation of step signal.In Xinxiang Sida company,a large number of experiments about sintered pellets are carried out,with the step signal of weight used as the incentives for the weighing system.The results of the experiments show that the results of the simulation are correct,and the accurate sampling time is obtained,which provides the basis for the preparation of the sampling program.The article finally introduced the control page design.The VB software is used to the design the control interface,simultaneously to compile the communication program between PLC and computer.In the VB software,by using a variety of built-in controls,we can quickly design a friendly interface,and also a communication control plug-inMSComm is provided.The control provides a series of standard communication command interface,which allows the establishment of a serial connection and the connection to other communication equipment(such as Modem).The detection system can meet the requirements of multi-stage screening,with the advantages of high efficiency and high precision.Also the control system designed functions stably.
