【摘要】 本文设计和实现了一个基于Android的智能找房系统。此系统有服务端和客户端两部分组成,服务器端采用了完整的Java EE应用框架,Android客户端采用了MVP(Model-View-Presenter)架构,它们通过网络互相通信。此系统有很多功能模块,但本文重点阐述了查房源,地图找房,门店服务,登录注册,在线咨询五大功能模块的设计和实现过程。本人参与了基于Android智能找房系统的设计、开发、测试和版本迭代等工作。具体工作内容如下:(1)完成了系统的需求分析。从用户角度出发,分析了系统的功能需求和性能需求,并分析了系统对界面、网络、安全、兼容性等其它方面的需求。最后,参与并完成了需求文档的制定。(2)完成了系统概要设计。其主要包括服务器和客户端系统总体架构设计,客户端系统架构设计,客户端与服务器端之间的通信设计和数据处理格式,系统功能模块图和本地数据缓存及服务器接口设计。(3)完成了系统五大模块的详细设计和实现,这五大模块为查房源,地图找房,门店服务,登录注册,在线咨询。最后,从图片加载、缓存策略、列表的滑动流畅性等方面对系统做了进一步的优化处理。(4)完成了系统的测试工作。其主要包括以上五大模块的功能测试,系统的性能测试。从而确保了系统的质量。现在此系统己成功上线,随着被大范围的推广,其下载量和活跃用户量也在呈稳步上升的趋势。为购房者、租房者提供房源信息搜索、浏览功能,为业主提供在线委托及在售房源管理功能,让用户的房产交易更加便捷。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article designs and implements an Intelligent Looking for housing System Based on Android.This system has a server and client composed of two parts,the server uses a complete JavaEE application framework,Android client uses MVP(Model-View-Presenter)architecture,they communicate with each other through the network.This system has a lot of functional modules,but this article focuses on the design and implementation process of the five major functional modules,such as looking for housing,looking for housing on map,store service,login registration and online consultation.I am involved in the system based on the design,development,testing and version of the iteration and so on.Specific work as follows:(1)I complete the system requirement analysis.From the user point of view,I analyzes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system,and analyzes the other system requirements for interface,network,security,compatibility.Finally,I participated in and completed the development of the requirements document.(2)I participated in and completed the system outline design.It mainly includes the overall architecture design of the server and the client system,the client system architecture design,the communication design and data processing format between the client and the server,the system function module diagram and the local data cache and the server interface design.(3)I completed the system five modules of the detailed design and implementation,the five modules includes looking for housing,looking for housing on map,store service,login registration and online consultation.Finally,I do a further optimization from the picture loading,cache strategy,sliding fluency of the list and other aspects of the system.(4)I completed the system testing work.It mainly includes the above five modules of functional testing,system performance testing.Thus ensuring the quality of the system.Now the system has been successfully on the line,with a wide range of promotion,its downloads and the amount of active users is also showing a steady upward trend.For the buyers and the renters,it provide housing information to provide information search,browsing,for the owners it provide online commission and in the sale of housing management functions,allowing users to more real estate transactions.更多还原
