【摘要】 抗日战争时期的陕甘宁边区工会是中国共产党和边区政府政权建设的重要依靠力量。鉴于苏区工会在政权建设中的“群众柱石”作用,中共中央落脚陕北后,在党的方针政策指引下,边区工会的组建工作提上了日程。为使边区工会在抗战救国活动中发挥更大的作用,在中共中央和边区政府领导下,工会不断完善其自身的组织建设,建立了从总工会到基层工会的一套完整组织系统,对会员入会资格、工会经费管理以及运行机制都进行了明确规定。在具体的实践过程中,工会积极响应中共制定的抗日根据地的工运方针,始终围绕党的中心任务开展工作,并在动员工人参战支前,加强边区政权建设等方面做出了重要贡献。特别是1941年以后,随着国民党对边区的经济封锁,使边区经济遭遇严重困难。边区工会确立了以生产为中心指导方针,突出工人在大生产运动中的主体作用,各类工厂的建设也一定程度上缓解了边区的财政经济困难。边区工会在动员工人生产过程中,通过在工人群众中树立典型,开展新劳模运动和赵占魁运动,实现了对工人的思想和政治教育,使边区工人真正成为政权建设的主要力量。虽然边区工会在抗战初期的实际工作中曾出现一定程度的偏差和失误,但抗战时期边区工会的整体活动仍然继承了中国工人阶级的光荣传统,不仅保证了抗战时期边区的物资供应和边区群众的日常生活需求,巩固了边区抗日民主根据地政权,而且培养了大批优秀的工厂管理者和技术人才,为新中国成立后工会组织建设奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Worker’s Union of the Shaan-Gan-Ning Border Region during the period of Anti-Japanese War was an important force for the construction of the political power of the CCP and the border areas.After the CPC Central Committee settled in northern Shaanxi,in view of the role of the Soviet Union in the construction of political power in the "pillars of the masses" role,under the guidance of the party’s policy,the establishment of border trade unions was put on the agenda.In order to make the border trade unions play a greater role in the activities during the Anti-Japanese War,under the leadership of the CCP and the border government,the unions continued to improve organizational structure,and established a complete organization system from the trade unions to the grassroots trade unions.Membership fees,trade union management and operational mechanisms are clearly defined.In the course of concrete practice,the trade unions responded positively to the work of the CPC’s anti-Japanese base areas,and began to work around the central tasks of the Party and made important contributions in mobilizing the government.Especially after 1941,with the KMT’s blockade of the border,the economy suffered serious difficulties.Border trade unions have established a production-centric.guiding principle,highlighting the workers in the great production movement in the main role,the construction of various types of factories to some extent alleviate the border economic and financial difficulties.Border trade unions in the mobilization of workers in the production process,through the workers in the masses to establish a typical,to carry out the new model movement and Zhao Zhankui movement,to achieve the education and transformation of workers,so that border workers really become the main force of political power.Although the Worker’s Union in the early days of the actual work of the war,there have been some degree of deviation and mistakes,but during the Anti-Japanese Border Trade Union’s overall activities inherited the Chinese working class has always been a glorious tradition,not only to ensure that the border zone during the war supplies and border areas Daily living needs,bue also to consolidate the border area of anti-Japanese demonstration are,and breed a large number of outstanding factory managers,technical personl and laid the foundation for the establishment of the PRC Worker’s Union.更多还原
