【摘要】 本文以农村地区的一起争议土地事件为例,应用“过程—事件”的社会分析方法,对该案例进行分析,试图运用动态的、非制度化的视角对农村社会冲突的各个行为主体进行观察研究,分析其在动态性、发展性的土地纠纷过程中所表现出的行动策略和逻辑,以及影响行动者采取这种研究策略的宗族性、利益性、资本性的因素,试图挖掘出农民在面对社会变迁时对于土地认识的变化,最重要的是希望能够为农村社会冲突的解决提供思路和方法,为全面建成小康社会贡献力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes the case of land disputes in rural areas of northern Shaanxi as an example,the author analyzes the case of land disputes in rural areas by using the method for social analysis of "process-event",and tries to observe and analyze the behavior of the main body in the rural Social conflict from the perspective of dynamics and non-institutionalization,which analyze the showing action strategy and logic in the process of its dynamic and development of land disputes,as well as the factors of religion,profitability and capital that affect the actors to take this research strategy.The author tries to dig out the farmers’understanding of land changes in the face of social changes,and the most important thing is to be able to provide a idea and method for the solution of conflict and to contribute a strength for building a comprehensive well-off society.更多还原
