新疆电网一次调频性能改进方法研究

【摘要】 一次调频是发电机组的基本特性之一,它能够有效地抑制系统频率的变化,从而提高电力系统抵御干扰的能力。电网频率稳定是电网安全稳定运行的重要因素,频率异常或崩溃都会给电力系统本身及用户带来严重的后果。2010年11月,新疆和西北通过750 kV线路实现正式联网。但是目前,新疆电网仍处于联网的发展期,总体网架结构仍较薄弱,电网面积广阔,大部分地区电网都是单线长距离弱联系,频率稳定问题仍然比较突出,同时由于大规模风电、光伏等新能源的加入,使得电网的调峰调频困难不断加剧。本文从原理上介绍了一次调频的相关概念以及频率控制的重要性,对新疆电网的一次调频现状进行分析阐述。结合2015年西北电网全网一次调频试验的大量数据,着重分析新疆电网此次试验的过程和问题,对新疆电网内的直调水火电机组、少量新能源发电进行分析总结。通过研究提出了水火电机组的AGC与一次调频的协调控制方法,有效改进了水火电机组的频率反向调节问题。通过增加火电机组汽轮机压控方式的频率控制功能,使压控方式下的频率控制得到改善。最后对新能源的频率响应改造工作做了介绍。在改进项目完成的基础上,总结难点与问题,结合新疆电网的技术管理经验,对一次调频的技术改进与管理工作提出建议,为继续做好今后的电网频率稳定工作,提供真实可靠的试验依据和有益的借鉴经验。
【Abstract】 The primary frequency regulation capability is one of the basic characteristics of generating units of grid connected,it can effectively suppresses the change of the power grid frequency,which makes the power system capable of rejecting disturbances.Power system frequency stability is very important factor to the power grid could maintain its safe,frequency anomaly or frequency collapse will brings extremely serious consequences to power system and the user.In November 2010,xinjiang power grid and the northwest power grid interconnected by 750 kV transmission line.But for now xinjiang power grid is still in the development period of networking,overall power grid structure is weak and vast area,in most of the power grid is a single long weak links,frequency stability problems are still prominent,at the same time because of the use of large-scale wind power,solar power and other new energy,make the power grid of peak-load and frequency regulation difficulty increasing.The paper introduces the related concepts about primary frequency regulation and the importance of frequency control,the primary frequency regulation current situation of xinjiang power grid is analyzed.Combined with a large number of data from he northwest power grid test of primary frequency regulation in 2015,analyzes the test process and problems of xinjiang power grid,hydropower,thermal power unit,and a small amount of new energy power generation belong to the xinjiang power grid is analyzed.Through the research proposes a coordinated control method about the AGC and frequency modulation of hydropower and Thermal power unit,effective improvement Reverse adjustment problems about the frequency.By increasing the frequency control function of steam turbine pressure control mode,the frequency control of the voltage control mode is improved.Finally,the frequency response of the new energy modification is presented.On the basis of the improvement project to complete,summarizes the difficulties and problems,combining with technology and management experience about xinjiang power grid,the primary frequency regulation technology improvement and management Suggestions are put forward,To continue to assure the frequency stability of the grid to provide a reliable experimental basis and beneficial experience for reference.
