【摘要】 随着我国特色小镇建设的推进,乡村旅游业的发展越来越受到广泛的关注,民宿作为一种新型的旅居形式应运而生。它不同于传统酒店规范统一的服务形式,而是以独特的地域文化和民俗风情为人们提供服务。民宿的建设给了人们新的住宿体验。同时也是推进我国乡村旅游业发展,促进我国特色小镇建设的重要保障。由此可见,对乡村景区民宿进行改造和设计具有较广泛的现实意义,同时也是我国特色小镇建设的总体要求。步云山是我国辽宁省庄河市一处自然景观丰富的乡村旅游区,从调查和研究中发现,步云山风景区具有得天独厚的地理环境和浓厚的地域文化,其发达的农林产业和丰富的特产,给人们休闲、旅游和度假提供了便利。但该区在民宿的建设上却存在着严重的不足。除拥有一家温泉度假村外,本地的民宿多以普通的民居为主,室内既无完善的设施又无法满足游客的住宿需求,自然资源亦未得到充分的利用。所以为了给游客提供一个舒适和富有地方特色的住宿环境,推进当地乡村旅游业的发展,对民宿进行改造显得尤为重要,且具有较强的可行性。笔者根据当地民居房主的要求。对步云山景区的民居进行了实地考察,希望在深入了解实地情况的基础上,结合本地的优势资源和地域文化,营造具有浓厚地域特色的民宿。本课题研究首先通过文献综述阐明了民宿与特色民宿的概念,通过对国内外特色民宿案例来进行分析和对比,结合本地现有特色民宿的优缺点。探索本地民居的改造和相应的设计对策,并将这些对策应用于最后的设计实践。打造富有地域特色的步云山民宿。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the push of Chinese beautiful rural construction,the development of rural tourism is focus on widely.Homestay appears as a new form of tourism and accommodation.It’s different from traditional hotels.It services for its special local cultrues.The construction of homestay gives people new experience.Meanwhile,it propels the development of Chinese rural tourism and promotes the town of Chinese characteristic construction.Thus it can be seen that remoulding and designing rural homestay is very meaningful.And it is also the total demand of Chinese characteristic town construction.Buyunshan is a rural tourism beauty spot with lots of natural landscape in Zhuanghe,Liaoning.It has advantaged geographical environment and rich territory cultures.The developed agriculture and foresty and rich specialties are very convenient for people and tourism.But the designment of homestay construction has a lot of disadvantages.Except for a hot-spring resort district,the local homestay is very normal.There aren’t any perfect living facilities and it can’t satisfy needs of tourists.And it also doesn’t utilize natural resources.So in order to support a comfortable an characteristic accommodation environment for tourists,it is important to remould local homestay.And this is entirely feasible.The author had a field visit to the people in Buyunshan according to the requests of local people.The author combines the local advantaged resources and cultures and then in order to construct special homestay of Buyunshan.Firstly,this thesis illuminates the concept of homestay according to literature review.It analyzes and compares cases about characteristic homestay at home and abroad.And then it finds out the advantages and disadvantages of characteristic homestay.The thesis explores local homestay,designs it and applies to practice.At last,it creates Buyunshan local characteristic homestay.更多还原
