【摘要】 杨凌示范区是国家首批设立的国家级的农业高新技术产业示范区,以建设陕西省涉农工业发展战略高地为指导,于2012年成立了杨凌示范区工业园区,目的是通过产业发展促进地方经济发展。杨凌示范区工业园区在建设发展过程中,虽然形成了一定的产业集聚,但产业方面的规划和研究不足,还存在着园区的管理体制的不顺、高层次人才稀缺等突出的问题,对园区产业的发展影响和制约较大。本文在认真梳理相关文献的基础上,深入分析了杨凌示范区工业园区产业的现状,明确了产业发展面临的主要问题,从优势、劣势、机遇及挑战方面对园区的农机装备制造、生物医药、农产品深加工及现代物流四个主导产业,运用SWOT分析方法进行深入研究和分析,论证了园区内四大主导产业发展的前景,结合杨凌示范区工业园区产业发展的内在要求,对该园区产业发展的目标、思路和对策进行了科学定位和合理规划,从而系统地提出了杨凌示范区工业园区产业发展战略,同时在完善园区管理体制、延伸产业链条、创新招商引资模式等方面为园区产业的发展制订了战略实施的保障措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Yangling as the earliest set up national high-tech agricultural demonstration district,it aims at construction of Shaanxi agricultural industry strategic highland.In 2012,Yangling demonstration district has established an industrial park for the sake of local economic development.Although Yangling demonstration district industrial park has formed a certain scale of industrial cluster during the development,there is still lacking of planning and research for the industry.Besides,the imperfection of the park management system and lacking of top professionals are restricting the development of the industrial park.On the basis of consulting literature,this paper came up with some key problems that we are facing in the development of industry after the in-depth analysis of the current situation of the industrial park.Using SWOT method,we analyzed and studied the four main leading industry of biological medicine,agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing,deep processing of agricultural product and modern logistics,demonstrated their advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in the development.Combining the inner request of the Yangling industrial park development,we elucidated the scientific location and rational planning for the objective,direction,and measures of the park development.Thus,we came up with a systematic strategy to develop the Yangling demonstration district industrial park.Meanwhile,the supporting measures for the strategy implementation of the completing park management system,extending industrial chain,innovation mode of investment promotion are also proposed.更多还原
