【摘要】 伴随着大数据飞速发展,互联网金融早已不是一个新鲜的词汇,互联网与金融相结合相继出现了第三方支付、P2P网贷、大数据金融、众筹、金融信息服务等互联网金融模式。其中的众筹作为互联网金融的一种重要模式,在我国发展的十分迅速,先后出现了大家投、天使汇等众多众筹平台。而且股权众筹的增长最为可观。在2013年我国的股权众筹平台只有11家,到2016年12月股权众筹平台数量增加到117家,约是2013年的10倍,增长速度较快。论文主要包括五个部分:第一部分,绪论,对本文选题背景、研究方法、创新点等问题进行阐述;第二部分,在对众筹进行分析的基础上,探讨股权众筹的基本涵义,指出股权众筹与其他融资方式的区别并介绍股权众筹在我国的发展实践;第三部分,对华人天地进行简介,并介绍其股权众筹的过程及结果;第四部分,对华人天地股权众筹案例进行分析,主要分析两个大问题,一个是本案例的创新之处,另一个是本案例的不足之处。创新的方面主要从融资的效果和渠道出发进行分析,效果方面包括规模和成本,渠道方面是对股权众筹对接新三板的益处进行的探讨。不足之处分为四个角度,分别是从华人天地、众投邦平台、投资者和政策环境的角度出发进行分析;第五部分,改善建议,根据第四部分提出的不足之处提出改善建议,也是分别从华人天地、众投邦平台、投资者和政策环境四个角度进行建议。论文选取的问题是当下很受关注的股权众筹,选取华人天地股权众筹案例,比较具有有代表性。并通过对此案例的分析引出了股权众筹对接新三板的问题,提出对于股权众筹的发展建议,这些对于推动股权众筹行业发展具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of big data, Internet finance is not a new word,the combination of Internet and finance have appeared in the third-party payment, P2P ,financial data, crowdfunding, financial information services and other internet financial model. Crowdfunding as an important model of internet finance is developing rapidly in our country, there have been Dajiatou platform, Tianshike platform and other platforms.Moreover, the equity-based crowdfunding grows fast. In 2013,the platform of equity-based crowdfunding is only 11,and the number of platform has raisen to 117 in December 2016 , about 10 times in 2013, the growth rate is faster.The thesis mainly includes five parts: the first part is the introduction,and it introduces the background, research methods, innovations and other issues which are elaborated; the second part, introduces the basic meaning of the equity-based crowdfunding on the basis analysis of the crowdfunding, points out the differences between equity-based crowdfunding and other financing ways, and introduces the development of equity-based crowdfunding in our country; the third part, analyzes the company of Huaren Tiandi, and introduces the process and results of equity-based crowdfunding; the fourth part, studies of equity-based crowdfunding of the Huaren Tiandi, and mainly analyzes the two major problems: innovations the aspects of financing effect and channel and deficiencies the aspects of Huaren Tiandi,Zhongtoubang platform, investors and policy environment; the fifth part, provides suggestions from four aspects including Huaren Tiandi, Zhongtoubang platform,investors and policy environment according to the shortcomings of the fourth part.The thesis studies representative case of equity-based crowdfunding of Huaren Tiandi. In addition, through the analysis of this case is analyzes the issue of the benefits of the equity-based crowd-funding connecting with the New OTCBB, and puts forward proposals for the equity-based crowd-funding, in order to promote the development of equity-based crowd-funding.更多还原
