气动高速无线通信系统的可用性研究

【摘要】 随着无线通信技术在气动系统中的应用日益广泛,气动无线通信系统的可用性研究也愈发的重要。由于气动系统中的通信对数据的实时性要求极为苛刻,数据传输的时延必须严格控制。并且气动系统中通信的特点是数据量小、不确定性强,一般成熟的通信协议很难满足这些要求,因此研究适用于气动系统的自定义高速通信协议具有重要意义。本文在分析常见无线通信系统的基础上,针对气动系统的通信需求,设计了适用于气动系统的高速无线通信系统协议,并深入研究了气动高速无线通信系统的可用性,主要的内容如下:首先,针对气动系统的工作过程、通信的实时性和可用性的要求,明确了通信数据时延、传输速率以及响应时间等指标,并进行了对比研究,确定了气动系统高速无线通信的技术路径,提出了基于射频芯片nRF24L01的自定义高速无线通信协议。通过定义气动系统的通信时延、自定义高速无线通信协议和模拟气动工业现场多节点通信冲突的测试方法,搭建了高速无线通信系统的软件开发与测试平台。使用Keil开发环境对通信的各个环节进行程序上的优化,包括nRF24L01与MCU之间的SPI数据传输、nRF24L01的可变长度数据帧等,以满足高速无线通信的通信时延要求。对单节点和多节点的通信进行测试与分析。其中在单节点的通信测试中,通过改变通信距离、通信数据帧长度等参数,记录通信成功率与通信时延;同时通信协议增加了冲突抑制策略,对多节点组网通信进行了冲突测试,用以测试通信协议的冲突抑制性能。最后,通过研究应答方式,设计了高效的组网策略,有效地避免系统数据应答错误,并完成了无线通信系统的双向通信,验证了方案的可行性,为气动无线通信系统的可用性研究提供了工程应用参考价值。

【Abstract】 With the increasing application of wireless communication technology in pneumatic system,the usability of pneumatic wireless communication system is becoming more and more important.Due to the strict requirements of real-time data communication,data transmission delay must be strictly controlled.And the communication of a pneumatic system is different in that the amount of data is always small with much uncertainty,and common communication protocol is difficult to meet these needs,so the study of custom pneumatic high-speed communication protocol has important significance.After analyzing common wireless communication systems,to meet the requirements of data communication in pneumatic system,high-speed wireless communication system is designed.And the usability of high-speed wireless communication system is furtherly studied,the main contents are as follows:First of all,according to the working process,requirements of real-time communication and usability in pneumatic system,the communication delay,data transmission rate and response time are clarified.The transmission rate and delay of communication in common wireless systems is compared to determine the technical path of pneumatic high-speed wireless communication system,and custom high-speed wireless communication protocol based on nRF24L01 is proposed.By defining the delay of communication in pneumatic system,customizing highspeed wireless communication protocol and simulating the conflict of multi nodes communication in industrial pneumatic field,a software development and testing platform for high-speed wireless communication system are built.Keil development environment for is used for program optimization,including SPI data transmission between nRF24L01 and MCU,nRF24L01 dynamic length data frame and so on,to meet the delay requirements.Single node and multi nodes communication are tested and analyzed.The communication success rate and communication delay of single node communication are recorded with different communication distance and data frame length.And communication collision avoidance strategy is added into the protocol and multi nodes network communication collision is tested to test the performance of the collision inhibition strategy.Finally,by researching on the acknowledge response mode,efficient network strategy is designed and the data response error is effectively avoided.The two-way communication of wireless communication system is also completed.Thus the feasibility of the scheme is proved,and it has reference value for the application of the pneumatic wireless communication system.
