双面车削机床辅助加工平台设计与实现

【摘要】 压气机盘在加工中存在着许多影响加工质量的问题。主要有难加工材料大直径薄壁盘类零件加工中切削力、热引起工件变形和振动导致的被加工表面粗糙度大,和双面车削机床大直径主轴回转中轴向误差导致的被加工表面轮廓误差。为解决上述问题,引入了振动切削辅助加工方法和随动刀架辅助加工方法,提出了基于振动切削装置和随动刀架装置的辅助加工平台的设计和实现任务,目的是辅助加工平台能控制辅助加工装置合理、有序工作,降低工件表面粗糙度和轮廓度。辅助加工平台采用工业计算机作为控制器,振动切削装置和随动刀架装置作为控制对象,通过数据采集卡采集振动切削装置和随动刀架装置的运行状态信息并发出合适的控制指令。硬件设计方面,在分析装置的电气特性的基础上,设计了装置控制电路、安全稳定的供电电路和符合人体工程学的一体化操作平台,按照电气相关标准安装了电气元部件;软件设计方面,分析了软件需要实现的功能及实现方法,设计了操作直观便捷的人机交互界面,编写了自动控制辅助加工装置的控制程序。设计了辅助加工平台,完成了平台调试及实际运行实验,双面车削机床辅助加工平台能稳定地工作。实际加工试验表明,辅助加工平台有效降低了加工表面粗糙度和轮廓度,基本达到了设计的目的。
【Abstract】 There are many problems affecting the quality of machining of the compressor disk. The main problems is high surface roughness of workpiece caused by cutting force and heat of the large diameter and thin wall disk of difficult processing materials, and surface profile error of workpiece caused by axial error of large diameter spindle in the rotation of the twin face lathe. The paper puts forward two methods to solve the problems above, one is high frequency vibration assisted machining, another is servo tool assisted machining, then a task of design and realization an assisted machining platform based on the vibration cutting device and servo tool device. The main propose of the platform is controlling the devices work stably to reduce surface roughness and profile.The assisted machining platform use industrial PC to control the high frequency vibration assisted machining device and the servo tool machining device by acquiring signals and sending instructions to these devices by data acquisition card installed on the industrial PC. In the terms of hardware, after analyzing electrical characteristics of the devices, the paper mainly describes how to design controlling and data acquiring circuit, power supplying circuit and ergonomic operating platform, then install electrical components in accordance with the relevant standard; And in the terms of software, it analyses functions of the software and realization methods, then describes the designing of human-computer interactive interface and controlling program which can control the assisted machining devices automatically.After designing and debugging the assisted machining platform, and operation experiment, the assisted machining for the twin face lathe can work stably. The actual machining experiment indicate that the assisted machining platform can effectively reduce the surface roughness and profile and achieves the design purpose.
