基于多因素分析的脉搏波中医诊断方法

【摘要】 随着近年来中医治疗快速被认同,中医诊断的可视化、数字化也正在成为中医发展的一个重要方向,而中医诊断的可视化、数字化最主要的目的使中医诊断具有明确的科学依据。在中医诊断的历史上,脉搏波一直都是一个重要参考指标,所以脉搏波中所隐含的人体健康信息是非常丰富的,明确、精准的脉搏波信息有利于为诊断提供良好的决策信息。同时,由于现在人们越来越注重生活质量和健康管理,我国也开始进入老龄化阶段,人们迫切需要一种可以长期实时检测健康状况的技术,帮助人们形成良好的生活方式和提高治疗效果。所以,实时检测脉搏波将时刻帮助人们随时了解自己的身体健康变化,移动物联网的发展,也为整个系统的轻便化、实时化提供了可能。本系统主要为通过智能硬件实时检测用户的脉搏数据,并上传至云后台的服务器,进过服务器算法分析之后,将结果反馈到客户端,用户可以通过客户端直接查看实时结果;系统主要由传感器、客户端、云服务器组成,主要人物角色包括:用户、监护人、医生、管理员等。典型的工作场景为:传感器将实时采集到的用户身体健康数据,通过蓝牙通讯的方式发送到用户移动端,移动端经过通讯网络,将信息发送到云服务器,经过云服务器的算法分析和决策判断之后,给出相应的诊断结果。同时,为了实现智能化和人性化服务,本系统也增加了如:紧急情况报警、提醒家属和医生、在线诊断、电子围栏、一件呼叫等功能。整个系统各个角色之间以用户为中心,通过系统的分析和决策,可以提供相应的功能,并完成各个角色之间的协作。本系统的算法核心在于,采用脉搏波多因素中医诊断方法,结合中医脉象的定义,对脉象的各个描述进行指标量化,然后采集用户在动态和静态下的脉搏波数据,利用时域分析和小波分析等方法提取脉搏波形相关指标;进过分析和研究确定出,一套具有重要意义且相互之间独立的特征集;结合主成分分析和加权余弦定理等方法来对得到的结果进行降维,然后根据新产生的变量来得出的脉象结果及其他健康状况信息,给到用户最终的诊断方案。此方法相对以往的方法具有识别率高、脉象分类全面、多因素分析等优点。整体方案的设计,相对于目前已有的脉象仪,具有小型化、智能化、实时化等显著优点。经过验证,本方案对实现中医脉搏的数字化、可视化、自动化诊断具有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 As the fast development of identify traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment and the visualization in recent years, digital is also become an important development direction. But the the most important of visualization and digital of TCM is the basis of a clear classify standard. Pulse diagnosis is an important content of TCM diagnosis and reference, so the pulse is very rich of human health information implied. Certainly,accurate information of pulse wave is conducive to good decision-making information for diagnosis.At the same time, with the improvement of people’s living standards and our country is entering the aging population, people urgently need a technology, which could real-time supervise of their health, help them to form a good lifestyle and improve treatment effect. So the real-time detection of pulse wave will help people to understand their physical health changes. The development of the Internet of Things make it possible for the whole system to be portable and real-time.This system can description as the intelligent hardware detect the pulse data of users real-time, and uploaded to the cloud server, with the algorithm analysis of the server, users will get the real-time results though the APP;System is mainly composed of sensors, APP and cloud server, the main characters including: users, guardian, doctors and administrators, etc.Typical scenario will show as sensors real-time get users health data and sent to the user mobile terminal by bluetooth communication, mobile through the communication network sent the information to the cloud server, after the analysis of cloud serve, the users would be given the corresponding diagnosis. At the same time, in order to realize the intelligent and humanized service, this system also increased other functions, such as: emergency alarm, remind families and doctors, online diagnosis,electronic fence, call by one key and,ect.In this system the user as the center for the other players.This system it can provide the corresponding function, and complete thecollaboration between the characters.The core of this system algorithm is the using of multi-factor diagnostic methods and traditional Chinese medicine. Definition of each description of pulse condition index quantification, and then collect user pulse wave under the condition of dynamic and static data, using the methods of time domain analysis and wavelet analysis to extract the related parameters of the pulse waveform, combining the methods of principal component analysis and cosine theorem to determine the pulse wave’s kind, and then according to this result and other health information to get the user’s final diagnosis.This method has the adventage of high recognition rate, pulse condition classification comprehensive, multi-factor analysis, etc.This system compared with the existing pulse condition have the progress of miniaturization, intelligent, real-time and other significant advantages. Though verified, this scheme to realize the digitalization and visualization,automation of TCM pulse diagnosis has a certain reference significance.
