高温陶瓷管烟气除尘电模拟及仿真研究

【摘要】 根据工业生产对高温烟气净化技术的需求,指出陶瓷管过滤器的应用优势,并对陶瓷管过滤元件的过滤机理和过滤特性进行分析和研究,为今后合理设计及优化陶瓷管过滤器结构与控制系统、解决工业应用中的实际问题提供可靠的理论依据。根据空气动力学基本理论,以孤立捕集体为研究对象,对影响陶瓷管过滤器过滤性能的主要机理和重要因素进行研究,推导出各种捕集机理的捕集效率。应用流体力学的基本定律,对陶瓷管过滤器内的流体流动特性进行研究,分析主要结构参数和流动参数对陶瓷管过滤器过滤压降等性能的影响,推导出过滤过程中陶瓷管过滤器压降的计算公式。根据研究需要和现有实验条件,搭建一套陶瓷管过滤器实验系统,对不同条件下陶瓷管过滤器的过滤特性进行实验研究。根据陶瓷管过滤器内的气体流动特性和相似理论,建立电模拟模型,并利用实验结果对模型进行验证和修正。利用所建立的电模拟模型,进行不同渗透率陶瓷管混用的压降特性预测,指出陶瓷管混用不利于设备的统一维护。利用所建立的电模拟模型,进行陶瓷管过滤器使用寿命内不同条件下的压降特性预测,从理论上指导陶瓷管过滤器及脉冲反吹系统的设计。
【Abstract】 According to the requirements of high-temperature flue gas purification technique in the industrial production,the application advangtages of the ceramic filter element are indicated.The filtration mechanisms and the characteristics of the hot gas ceramic filter are studied.The resultant theory and method are given to design and optimize the ceramic filter element.Based on the basic theory of aerodynamics,the collection efficiencies of different trapping mechanisms are derived on the basis of the analyses of the main mechanisms and factors that affect the performance of the ceramic filter element are analyzed by taking the isolated collector as the subject.The flow characteristics of flue gas inside the filter element are studied by applying the basic laws of fluid mechanics.The effects of some main flow and structural parameters on the filtration efficiency and filtration resistance of the ceramic filter are analyzed,and the pressure drop of the ceramic filter element is calculated in turn.The ceramic filter measurement system of the ceramic filter element was established with the current experiment conditions.And a series of experiments were carried out.The electrical simulation model is built on the basis of the gas flow characteristics and the similarity theory,and is revised according to the experimental results.With the model,the pressure drop characteristics of the ceramic tube filter with ceramis tubes of different permeability are predicted,which certify that the mixture of different ceramic tube may count against the unified maintenance of the ceramic tube filter.Also,the pressure drop characteristics of the ceramic tube filter under different conditions are forecast,which provide the base and method of optimization design for the pulse cleaning system of the ceramic filter element.
